Yes, I have received a lot of warnings, kicks, and even some bans in the past. However, all of those happened during a time when I was just playing on the server casually and didn’t really care about anything serious. Since then, my mindset has completely changed I have become much more responsible and focused on contributing positively to the community.

Why are you applying for Special Agent?
I am applying for Special Agent because I want to help train new agents for the External Affairs department and support DEA Leadership in any way I can. External Affairs has always been my favorite department, and I'm committed to helping it grow stronger by contributing my experience and dedication.
What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:
I believe I am suitable to be a Special Agent because of my strong combat knowledge and negotiation skills. I can assist in raids against other GOI's, and I am also capable of handling sensitive situations such as negotiating with the hostiles to recover captured personnel or buy back SCP's. I also have a clear general idea on how SOP (DEA and Nu-7) operate as a whole.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
I have written a couple of short reports so far, and I am currently working on a more detailed document about the neurocontroller. What makes a document good is having a clear, well structured format with enough detail to explain the topic thoroughly. Including a few pictures also helps make the information easier to understand.
What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:
The responsibilities of a Special Agent include hosting External Affairs agent tryouts, combating the Chaos Insurgency (CI), conducting raids on Groups of Interest (GOIs), engaging in diplomacy with GOI's, and permitting MC&D (similar to Gun Dealers with the added responsibility of amnesticating them afterward.) to sell within the Foundation.
Please give some lore about your Special Agent character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Maxis 'Cadet' Wellington began his Foundation career as a General Security Officer stationed at Site-43. On ████-02-03, during what seemed like a routine test escort, the Site entered a Code-1 lockdown, Chaos Insurgency operatives had infiltrated the facility. As Maxis approached the Heavy Containment Checkpoint, CI forces ambushed him and the others, killing the Senior Researcher and the E-11 unit assigned to guard the checkpoint. Maxis was severely injured in the attack and later woke up in the Medical Wing’s recovery room.
Though he survived, the loss of his colleagues and the shock left a deep mark on him. While recovering, Maxis passed a poster in the Personnel Wing that read: “Join the Department of External Affairs and keep the Chaos out of here!” . Driven by a newfound purpose, he completed his tryout and joined the Department of External Affairs.
Transferred to Site-65 to assist with escalating GOI threats, Maxis quickly proved himself through raids, diplomacy, and operations. His dedication earned him a promotion to Senior Agent. Now, with his eyes set on becoming a Special Agent, he’s ready to lead others, combat threats, and ensure no one else suffers the way he did.
