Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
Because it's come apparent to me that many of my supervisors are leaving this job behind and moving onto better things or due to mental health issues but some of them are/was incredibly good at a job and understanding of the foundation legal codex (FLC) but with them going and new agents joining the fold
We are all going to loss there insight on how to properly carry out the law and have fun while doing it. As of 02/02/2025 I have seen new faces (technically old) come back to a new FLC and a new culture which they find tough and with the loss of old supervisors they will have a harder time understanding how everything work's and the culture will shift and i don't want them to loss that spirit of which the old supervisors showed me. So i want to help show them the ropes and understand with ISD was and what it's becoming
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
Quite simply i have been one of the harder people holding up the FLC making sure people follow it. But that has come with a price of being targeted everywhere i go and people making threats towards me on a daily basis because this has gone on since i changed side I know the hardship that all ISD are going to go though and how mentally demanding that can be at times.
I was once lucky enough to have someone who looked out for me and made sure I did the right thing and help me discover if I didn't or help me understand what it means to be ISD. I personally don't want that to go with him leaving so I wish to follow in the footsteps he left behind for me and hopefully others if/when I became an inspector but even as an investigator and agent before that i have always been trying to help out the other ISD guy's as he once did.
What does that mean if/when i became inspector i will have a lot more headache but at least i will be doing as he did before me and actually helping ISD do there job he was always much nicer about things then me which worked out well for us both kinda like good cop bad cop both way are effective in different situations but both work to hold the FLC together i wish to show new agent his way of doing thing
But if push does come to shove as it will..does with being an ISD i am capable of taking over and making the hard decisions for the good of my agents and take any and all fallout that comes from it as we in ISD are bound to have skirmishes with other departments it is in the nature of the job and i understand that better then most so when an agent need someone to back them or help them out of a hard situation i will be there promotion or not to make sure my guys are actually looked after as not many seem to understand that we get called everything and we are always the bad guy in every if not most situations we do.

Can take and give constructive criticism to members of ISD and take it from ISD members about himself
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
I Have been around for so long it is hard to keep track of them but have been involved in major events throughout the service history and as in ISD. But what makes a good document is something that's clear precise and to the point on the events that actually happened and all make sure they are truthful and that the Reporting officer does it in a way that is Easy to remember
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
As a lower Enlisted of the CL4 ISD there job is to keep the other ISD in check and up to date on all Matters referring to FLC and to make sure any Problems that arise from an investigation from an agent or an Investigator are carried out and that they have gathered all evidence to help them in there Duties
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security: Because I absolutely adore being a member of the ISD and love to Uphold the FLC to the Highest degree and also a really enjoy helping out the lower ranks and making sure they know what they are doing as this job can be hard at time.
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
My lore is longer then i write about i have been on the polar opposite side of the aisle. Have been called a traitor by a lot of people who do a lot of trolling on the server such as what i used to do as i like to double in making videos but i realised A couple years ago that trolling videos are just not fun You end up banned from a lot of servers and you just can't play on them to chill out and relax because the popular servers are also the ones that you play on for the fun of it
So what I decided to do was do ethical trolling as I called it I would follow the rules of the server to the absolute letter and record people with reaction that way so i have always been a bit hard line with the FLC as it's fun to actually Roleplay as a tough cop instead of just some random person who kills a bunch of people or just upsets people for the wrong reason i actually wanted to do the right thing and improve the Roleplay experience now does that mean I'm always that way no it does not i have been known to give out warnings and tell people to go away i have also been known to have fun with some people.
But what that does not mean i will have the Mick taken out of my kindness in them sort of situations there are many people who appear to want to take the mick out of all of us in ISD from the furry posters that appear around a facility constantly or every so often which means you have to keep an eye out now and then to a tech expert that wants to find a CL4 and commit treason against the foundation
There has to be a hard line somewhere and no matter how good of a character you are. There will still be people who will bully harass and downright degrade members Of isd.
So what is this new Mercer G well i was someone who done trolling for ‘the clips’ but now i play as the new Mercer G someone who like to help inspire and help the next generation of ISD
BUT I WILL BE THE ROCK that stop them being taken advantage of and harassed by other departments.
