* I believe I'm quite experienced with pac I've made quite a couple peoples pacs as well as for GMs and it's a major reason I want to be a GM and improve.
* I'm able to use blender which I sometimes use for pac
* And I'm pretty aware of Gmods tools and am able to use them.

The foundation personnel's overuse of chemicals and medicine has lowered their effectivity and is causing people around site experience new symptoms and sicknesses, now medical has to deal with it.
Through the use of sweps give random people around site different "symptoms" and choose whether to stop based on the medicine or direction medical take towards the sickness.

The UNGOC want to see to it that a member of a neighbouring GOI be arrested for their horrible deeds and paralaw violations. Of course with this there's a system, they need the proper people to sign off on going forward with this and agents on standby to send them to prison, or a court if necessary.
The way I would want to go forward with an idea like this would be to contact the UNGOC through an event character such as a judge and sign off on a warrant for the ability to go forward with such a drastic action. After whatever is done, if they were to actually have the person within their possession they would yet again contact high command for a transport vehicle which likely be a pac with a swep or a GMObjective where afterwards they would be transported off never to be heard from again.

"Nobody"
The 225th FOB gets a visit from "Nobody" what some people thought was a myth, even now they think a deepcover is messing with them, afterall what type of person ineracts with GOIs across the world through cutesy notes reminding itself of the events happening around them. Is this all a farce created by someone around to hide something or is what you're seeing real.
Nobody is notoriously hard to write so a lot of thought would have to be put into an event like this. The idea would be to interact with people around the FOB through documents mimicking Nobodys notes both writing and style wise getting small doodles of people and items in the FOB beforehand. Afterwards, ending the event once all documents are connected and 'solved' through a pac scene inspired by a look of a 'interloper' or 'Gman' entity.

"Decisions"
The Chaos insurgency is notified about a spotted destroyed convoy, they don't know about it's affiliation but know it's definitely anomalous, Sierra-7 are sent off to salvage anything out of it and to stay on their toes. They quickly notice the bright blue UN colours both on the trucks and dead soldiers, whatever is here is definitely valuable but infinitely more dangerous. Luckily whatever caused this is already gone but some of the stuff is still salvageable although the communications were clearly destroyed by something. Now they are left with a choice, keep the scraps, risk being spotted by a GOC assessment team and cause conflict or tell the GOC about this report and give up the salvage as well as the low chance that it could lead to future developments.
I would want to put nice detail into this and try let the players figure out what happened through environmental story telling with a dupe used along side a pac scene, the cause would likely be a type green explaining the communications and trackers all breaking, metal being twisted and turned like playdough and the scenes before then being both confusing and horrific.

"Just Another Murder Monster"
A recent shipment included an anomaly that needs studying, it was included in a list of "generic murder anomalies" you know the ones, big monster that eats children, tall scissors for hands, big mouth with 100 teeth, etc. Not much is expected to come out of this but it has to be done anyway, someone has to do the dirty work. Surprising enough the tests show results, yes it does act like a wild animal but it does learn and its somewhat none hostile towards humans.
This event would be heavily reliant on RSD and kind of e-11, the point of the event is to show how good research can change the path of something, if everything goes to plan the researchers find the anomaly to be able to learn and taught to be friendly but like a wild dog, poor treatment will just cause it to go hostile. Everything would likely be done with a pac of a generic scary monster with events.

Reality itself is about to fall apart and the council has to make a decision. Talking to a hologram to Director of Extra-Universal Affairs those who were already briefed have made their vote and chose to spend it with their loved ones or whatever a council member has to care for, the rest at site-65 alongside the Site Director are briefed on their situation.
They already know there is most certainly a CK-Class Event on-going, but what are they going to do. The Director talking through a hologram on Floor 3 to the 4 council members residing on site as well as the Site Director tells them about the experimental precaution made in case of an event of this scale, all site are fitted with a Multi-Universal Transporter in the event that the entire earth has to be moved, either in our own universe or to another, because of the events currently happening the more risky, latter move must be chosen. It is explained how we are not the hub universe but a very close branch, the proposal made is to replace an earth of a neighbouring universe saving ours but dooming the other, as they are going to a neighbouring universe the differences would be minimal so that concern is ignored. The last thing to do is make a vote on whether the Council and the Site Directors of all sites agree to such a proposal, while the entire site panicking they have to make a quick but smart decision. The vote won't matter as the directors will be vetoed on their morally right decision of not going forward with the Councils need for survival. As the plan is going to go forward all sites must come in and confirm that they have received the signal that they have to put forward.

The World shakes... as stress rises, an announcement plays; False alarm, attention, the previous announcement was a false alarm.
The way I would do an event like this would be through starting it with an announcement system through pac with the first message, throwing everyone into panic and requesting all of the O5 to be at floor 3 alongside the Site Director to be briefed. Through a pac of a man in a hologram the previous idea would be explained and a pac or dupe of the other O5 voting on a screen would be played alongside the vote of the Site Directors of all sites. With the help of many GMs or other staff, O-Comms would be flooded with the sites across the globe receiving the signal, this could also be done with a pac of a screen but I think would be more entertaining for the entire site.
What elements can make an event unenjoyable? Include one example, avoiding the typical answers if possible.
* I believe a linear event is in my opinion one of the things that make an event unenjoyable as it brings down the player interaction since the fun part of an event is the different ways someone's character would interact with something and forcing someone down a path they're character would not take would be upsetting to some and make the event seem not planned well.
* I think an obvious factor that would make an event unenjoyable would be not planning it through, as an event that's not well thought about, made in a couple hours and rushed through development would look sloppy and awkward. This also mixes with my opinion above as an event made quickly would most likely be linear with not much thought put into the what ifs, and endings.
And finally, what do you wish to achieve by becoming a Gamemaster?
I've had a lot of fun making pacs for myself and others and it's a major drive towards this as I want the opportunity to make different various pacs both for my own enjoyment but also to make fun events and improve roleplay situations.
I'm obviously a big fan of the wiki and I want to take SCPs and tales and bring them to life through events as it's very obvious a lot of these are based on entries.
I also occasionally have ideas I would want to see as events but would want to be the one to see it through rather than making a suggestion.
