Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
FearRP Warning - I panicked during a CMission and pulled out my gunWhy are you applying for Site Advisor?
I have been thinking on what type of position would I want to get to be able to help more people and help people make changes within the foundation and landed on site administration due to the relevant spots being open. I believe with this role I would be able to do those things and more, such as making a good example of roleplay for people to follow, allow roleplay situations to happen especially by approving peoples well made requests and overall hopefully improve anyone's experience. What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
Apart from being quite active, I think I have the traits that will set me apart from others and makes me suitable for site administration such as:- Ability to roleplay, I believe that I am able to hold my own, start and join in on, or not deny any other persons experience in a roleplay situation whether its a Dpt. Director or a cadet I believe if someone is able have a positive input on a situation they should be involved, I am kind of a people pleaser though so I do feel bad about punishments but I can be firm on my stance if I believe it is necessary.
- Impression, I think that I have made a good impression of myself on others in the server and I am able to communicate with them whether it be positive or negative, in character of course.
- I have held the position of Consultant jr.CL4 for a good bit, I believe that in that time I have used my position for the better, I did this by upholding my normal CL4 medical duties such as giving my input in the department, talking to site administration about problems in the department, training people for licenses and combat medic training and making projects and programs to better the department and involve other departments, because of this I think I will be more understanding when people come to be about these type of situations where I would be needed as a site administration.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
The main responsibilities of site administration is obviously to work towards the betterment of the site and avoiding its downward spiral this would be done in many ways such as:- As a Site Advisor act as a liaison to specific departments to focus on their betterment before moving on to the next and cycling back, but in general all Site Administration will be managing all departments and performance, this would be by either helping them push projects that would need other departments involvement, or advising and pushing changes within departments.
- Appointing Department Directors apart from ISD and Research, MTF Commanders apart from A1 and O1, and Site Administration Staff.
- Working on Tribunals of staff usually for lower level offenses and being unbiased and fair on behalf of ISD for investigations if approved by the Ethics Committee.
- Authorizing anything that would need Site Administration authorization, whether this be Advanced armoury, tests if there are no ethical parameters involved, allowing the usage of parts of the site whether this be for training, tests, events or GOI, and locking then down.
- Being the people managing on-site emergencies this would be for example all the codes.
- Leading roleplay through the creation of site wide policies while working with Site Command and programs, for example pushing for Medical and Research to work together on anything fun or exciting, and not pushing them to do anything boring and too serious.
- Following the orders of upper site administration to enable the ability for more than one roleplay situation to happening at a time by upholding those orders.
- Reviewing and auditing departments that are underperforming or failing.
- Working with GOI, especially supervising GOC relations to involve them in the site to allow for more roleplay to be seen.
- And obviously being the first person to talk to when departments need help.
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
- Gale Grey born on 21/12/1984, was not an exceptional or bright child but he did what he enjoyed and was good at it, moving on to high school, college and university, later working at a logistics company where work was steady, and to him deadlines were easy and completed fast. In his later years the company he worked at was bought up by some large corporation and most of his co-workers were fired yet strangely he and some others were not, he would later learn all the basics of the place he would grow familiar with, the SCP foundation. After learning that he was suddenly work for this secret organization at site-14, he would quickly get to work gaining a sudden new goal in mind, improving this "foundation" and "protecting humanity" for that is what he was told he is doing. He got to work improving the planning, storage, and control of information and goods such as rations, armoury and of course "SCPs". Being renown for their efficiency he slowly but surely rose in the ranks and made a name of himself over the years. During this time he would notice small quirks in the departments in site-14 that didn't sit right with him pushing for changes, he would get noticed for his initiative and previous accomplishments and asked to interview at site-65.
