Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Before taking on the role of ethics committee assistant, Dr. Alex Monroe, known as "Spectre," distinguished himself as a field agent in the SCP Foundation.
His work focused on managing the isolation of deviant individuals, which required a delicate balance between isolation protocols and ethical considerations.

A major milestone in Monroe's career was his decisive involvement in the containment of SCP-∎∎∎,
a memetic aberration that requires keen ethical discernment in difficult situations. It was this ability to make quick ethical decisions that brought him to the attention of the ethics committee.

Specializing in the isolation and study of sentient SCP entities, the Ghost has displayed a unique combination of empathy and practicality.
His approach prioritized ethical treatment ensuring the safety of the staff of the Foundation, earning him recognition for his skills in managing complex isolation scenarios.

Additionally, Dr. Monroe collaborated with highly knowledgeable SCP units, negotiating contracts that set a new standard for ethical treatment.
This proactive approach helped renew the foundation and update its standards to address known anomalies.

Recognizing his expertise in addressing the ethical challenges of field operations, the Ethics Committee invited Dr. Monroe to serve as an Ethics Committee Assistant.
Operating under the code name "Spectre" andquot; he brings an experienced and human perspective to the Ethics Committee that enriches the Foundation's approach to ethical oversight and misconduct prevention..
