- 3 for RDM and 1 for FailRaid, none of these warning were malicious, they were accidents, I have read the rules and it won't happen again.

Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
- I'
m applying for Exec researcher for a bigger purpose and position in RP. I have enjoyed all my time in the research department and I wish to get this position so I can help and lead Jr. researchers to do great tests that arent just samples and involve personal gain becaus that's not what researching is about, while also learning more about RP. With a position like this in SITE-65 I believe I'd be able to make Jr. Researcher's time more enjoyable while researching by teaching them and allowing them to understand what they're role is. During my time as a Researcher(Jr. to Sr.) I have found my self reading a lot about SCPs, whether it is on the computers or files and I loved, like a hobby for reading and creating research documents.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:

I've been very interested in the research department since I found I could become a Jr. from that time forward i Haven't stopped. I'm also aware that a clearance level 4 card requires great responsabily and I wouldn't even dare to abuse it. I'm also pretty active on the server. I've improved my writing during my time in the research department. As well I like to teach new researchers, although it is tough to make them believe anything i say because they notice I dont have a deep voice and I'm pretty much a child, any and all questions that i was given I was able to help and give tips. I'm currently focusing on the knowing more about SCPs side of the research, where I just try to know more about SCPs contained in SITE-65. I believe allowing me to become a executive researcher will greatly benefit the foundation and the server. I will use my position to make the server a better place for Jrs. at a greater efficiency and hopefully make it easier of the new researchers by mentoring them through their decisions

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
None but i am on my way to! Since that isn't what this is about im going to move to what makes a document excellent:
-Highly descriptive aims, method and conclusion
-Excellent use of grammar and very little spelling mistakes.
-Minimum 4 pages. (A long document doesn't mean its excellent)
-Evidence of RP.
-Suggests use of findings.
It is also importanto to note that excellent document should stand out, it should include every little detail about the aims and conclusion and method, and the research should always stand out and be unique, a research where someone just takes samples should never be excellent.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
As an Executive you are full with responsibilities and I am ready for them, Exec help in general but to be more specific these are the responsibilities
-To punish those who haven't followed the rules researching rules or server rules in general as a by giving them a job ban
-Helping Researchers with their documents and knowing how to layout one for example their AIM, Methods, Hypothesis, and conclusion.
-Grading other Researchers documents also knowing the difference between an excellent grading to poor
-Knowing the Foundation Legal codex
-Approving tests for example a SR Researcher wants to do a cl4 test which would need an executive's approval
-Approving credits, of course I wouldnt approve a credit for no reason

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Mike was born in a good family on a weird town, a small town, in this town weird things happened, not murders but just things that seem impossible if we are using common sense.
Anomalies, anomalous activity was normalised in this town, little did I know I would become such a high ranking personell in a Foundation about these anomalies, and get to know more about them, of course Mike went to school got a schoolarship and graduated in science, it wasn't much but it's a start he was living a pretty normal life at this point if we exclude the town. Mike was so good at what he did that the foundation got a hold of him and he was able to join the foundation.

Even if he was extremelly good as a scientist he still had to be called a Jr. Researcher. Mike was intoduced to the SCPs, what they were, what they do, their dangers, just not too much information. Mike tought all of this was weird on the left there's a moving orange gelatin on the right there is a containment cell of a mask, he was told it was a possessive mask, Mike tested SCPs, on every SCP he could, he tested one way or another, he was creative and original. Of course it didn't take long till he got a promotion and just wasn't a Jr. now, but also not a Sr., he was just a researcher he kept testing on object SCPs, anomalies and much more, he was getting popular around the site, and soon enough he became a Sr. researcher, a respected Sr. one of the most famous Sr. researchers out there in the facility. With him becoming a Sr he was able to get a hold of Heavy Containment Zone, he participated in many tests and helped in many tests, he took samples and tested with them, when he couldn't take sampls he just tried to find out more about SCPs and their paranormal abilities, he was apart of many projects like knowing the origins of SCP-049, of course he wasnt in a high position in this project, it was lead by a Director with the permission of 05 council. He was becoming even more popular between people and passive SCPs like 999. One time Mike looked at himself in the mirror, and he was surprised at himself, he went from being a well known scientist to a researcher in a foundation that keeps monsters inside it, noone is allowed to leave "to see their family" or anything, it was almost like the Dr. Geise story that went from an ambitious doctor to a well known researcher in the foundation.

Mike kept testing and as time passed Research directors were noticing him even more so much so that he was one sent to the office of the director, the director told him that he was surprised with Mike's work and told to keep going, Mike tought to himself that the director couldnt have just called him to the office for no ther purporse then to say "keep going" but Mike did in hope of a promotion, Mike dreamed of knowing more about SCP-682 an SCP he would uselly walk pass on a daily basis.

Mike kept testing and soon enough he was congratulated with a medal for helping and conducting in many tests, but Mike was ambicous and wanted more, he wanted to become even better everyday, better then the day before, and he did, he got better at looking at SCPs samples and testing them, Mike worked his butt off for the past couple of weeks hoping for a promotion, when it did finnaly came he was congratulated on the way to the director's office he was being promoted to chief researcher. With a clearance level 4 keycard he was told he great responsabilities and abusing the card would lead to being kicked from the department due to it being a level 4. From that time forward helping new researchers was on an all time high for Mike and he could not be happier.

*sighs* It was my first and last time doing something like this, dont take it like its my whole personality, dont act like im a minge and i have always been one (and it was just a joke i didnt realize it could be so serious to get job banned for 60 mins and kicked out of my regiment)
