What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will not make stupid decisions, although the ban wasn't right though as I will explain below.
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? Yes, a couple times, it has improved a lot lately though.
Why should you be unbanned:
To start off, I was a chef and I ran into d-block which wasn't a right move and was stupid on my end. A scout started hitting me trying to kill me so I was looking for weapons and I had a weapon on me so I shot him, he started shooting me back but I ended up killing him.
The admin under the name foxatron came to me and said that I ran into dblock and started shooting random people. I got frustrated cause he is lying and told him to check the logs and that I was just defending myself, he replied with "I don't care about the logs at all" and then said "I wll ban you for running into d-block and shooting random people", I asked him what did I do that was considered failRP but he decided to be quiet and not respond to that question, his mouth was only on repeat on the fact that I was shooting random people. I told him about 10 times to check the f***ing logs cause I was really frustrated at that point. He would just repeat that he doesn't care about the logs at all.
He also claimed I was shooting multiple people.
When there's an admin checking it, you can check the logs for yourself, I only shot one person after that person started attacking me. Foxatron was just throwing blatant lies and I can't believe he's naive enough to do that as it will most likely get him demoted I believe.
I believe that it was a misunderstanding on his end.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?:
I will not make stupid decisions like running into d-block, which was indeed stupid on my end but that seems more like an internal affairs matter than an admin matter from what I know. It was all a misunderstanding on his end, he has chose not to listen me out. Instead he just kept repeating that he doesn't care about the logs or about what I say.
I haven't done anything besides that unless killing someone in self defense after they started to hit you is considered rule breaking.
If you check the logs, you'll be able to see that I was just defending myself from one single D-Class.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?:
I've played for it for a really long time and I enjoy it a lot. I have been in the mobile task force, internal affairs and a lot. I've spent over 200 hours on this server and I do not want it to stop. I never intended to break a rule nor do I believe that I have broken one, I admit that walking into d-block as a chef was not okay, but I did not chase d-class like the admin claims.
