Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I am applying for Site Advisor for the following reasons:
Roleplay:
The first reason why I am applying for Site Advisor is because I have been in close connection with RP Based jobs, and other jobs that entail a large portion of RP, such as Overseer Assistant, A-1 (Commander position especially) and Senior Agent for DEA. I do like how Site Administration itself is made and structured, and that their duties and responsibilities are something that I see myself fit in due to the fact that I have been doing a similar job in other positions and have been relatively involved already in what they do.
Atmosphere
The second reason on why I am applying for Site Advisor is because I want to try further myself into something of more importance than just from a combative standpoint and give a positive impact to the server RP. From what I've witnessed the Site Advisor position lives in an atmosphere that is pleasant, for what I mean for pleasant I don't mean "relaxing and chilling 24/7" but an atmosphere in which you stay in contact with hard working personnel and you are almost always doing something, such as paperwork or lead the facility.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
The reasons why I believe I am suitable to take the position of Site Advisor are for the following:
Activity
First of all, I'd like to mention my activity. Jobs involving the Administration of the Facility require lots of activity and commitment, even outside of the server. Most people know and can confirm that I am very active during the day and I can be on from 3 to 6 hours a day, except obviously the days where I work late, and can't get on during prime time which isn't too often.
Experience
Site Administration obviously requires Clearance Level 4 experience to get a clear idea on what this position is about.
During my time in the server I have held a couple Clearance Level 4 positions, such as Overseer Assistant and MTF A-1 Commander, which I believe that all these positions allowed me to improve on skills that I will list in the following reasons.
Paperwork
One of the most important abilities I have been improving is my documentation one. This skill was mostly worked on during my time as Overseer Assistant and as of recent, DEA Senior Agent position, for working on relations/operation documents. Even on my IA/A1 as well, for writing up investigations and reports. I know how to make documents enjoyable to read and make proper reports that are structured well, both with in game documentation and google docs.
Leadership Skills
Mostly worked on during my time in Alpha-1 for the past 6 Months, I would consider myself a strong leader. For my whole time here I've been leading an entire regiment and started branching off and helping attempt to lead members of DEA. I know how to properly communicate to new people, how to make them enjoy the server at it's maximum potential and take appropriate measures when they simply do not have any intentions of following the roleplay scenario, but also being a good leader is knowing when to be stern, and strict with people without it seeming like you're being rude or toxic.
Knowledge
I have good knowledge of the position of Site Advisor. As an Overseer Assistant I've been in close contact with O5 Council members and Site Administration itself, I have been observing their job for quite while and I have always been informed about their duties. Even as a Commander, I've been quite involved with both sides of the SA Team and understanding well the roles they possess.
Roleplay Skills
Site Administration has big responsibilities on their shoulders, this requires lots of Roleplay skills, ability to think on the spot and create an immersive experience for everyone since you will also interact with individuals that you do not know. My roleplay abilities have been improving drastically I feel since I got in A1 Officer, and especially with the very recent ISD Wars/Events lead by GMs and Admins. I enjoy properly roleplaying and keeping a professional attitude at all times.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
The responsibilities of Site Administration in RP are the following:
Leading and Coordinating the Site
Site Advisors are to lead and coordinate all units within the facility, obviously they will be accompanied by Site Managers and Directors, Ethics Members and Overseer Council. Site Advisors will be mostly required during containment breaches and other significant events that happen within Site-65.
They'll also be required to effectively and efficiently work with all regiments and departments to meet one united goal and allow for smooth working within the facility.
Deals with Marshal Carter and Dark Ltd and other GOI's
Marshal Carter and Dark Ltd. will often request to enter the facility to sell their whares. Site Advisors will be the ones to print permits and hand them to the GOI, in case MC&D infiltrates or breaks the terms of the permit Site Advisors have full authority to perform a blacklist.
Departmental Reviews
Each month there are set assignments to Site Advisors to a specific department, or regiment and we have to supervise the assigned department until the end of the month and write a review to be given (usually in their announcement channels)
Authorising Advanced Armory
When Containment Breaches are catastrophic and standard issued equipment is not enough to recontain the anomalies Site Advisors may authorise the usage of Advanced Armory to any MTF Non Commissioned Officer and above.
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Operative 'Naffen'
--------------
'Naffen' after a lengthy conflict, closing an operation on rogue MTF Members deserting the Foundation, for the first time ever grows tired of killing and shooting. For the first time in his career, from being in the Royal Marines, to serving the Council as a Commander for Alpha-1, he grows tired of the combative stress.
He seeks a new path, a new career. One better suited to have a bigger impact for the wider majority of Foundation personnel. One where he can be a public figure, assisting all he can, instead of working in the shadows doing the work that is frowned upon the most

Naffen - "How can we assist you sirs?"
Director Wrecking - "Evening Commander, just here to hand this out, hoping you can post it up for the assistants that work closely with you.
Naffen looks down at the poster and reads
**Apply today! Site Administration**
Are you looking for a less combat oriented position with more effect on the progress for the Foundation?
Are you an MTF Ex-Operative, who can't work in the field anymore?
Have a passion for leading and making a difference?
We need YOU to take the Site Advisor spot!
Looking for experienced, well trained staff to take a position of responsibility in the foundation!
Will you apply?
Naffen - "Of course sir, we'll post it up"
Manager Karalar - "All assistance is welcome, we need some competent members to take up these vacancies."
Naffen nods, and walks away. As he gets an Operative to post the picture up on the cork board. He steps back and reads it. And reads it again. And reads it one final time.
