Why are you applying for Site Director?
In my 3 months or so being in Site Administration, and moving from Site Advisor to Site Manager I have enjoyed my role very much. From conducting departmental and regimental reviews, dealing with GOI Conflicts, and coordinating the site to respond to different codes, helping create and update new Site Wide Policies, to even leading the Site Administration team in the absense of the Site Director a couple times. I have enjoyed wide range of interactions the role of Site Administration has given me, as well as offering my feedback, support and critiscms to various departments to many departments to try better and further them. I personally, would want to think that I've had a positive impact and effect on the site and want to take this opportunity to go for Site Director, to even further my abilities and tasks to continue to make the necessary changes which we would need.
What makes you suitable for Site Director over Site Advisor?:
The reasons why I believe I am suitable to take the position of Site Director are for the following:
First of all, I'd like to mention my activity. Jobs involving the Administration of the Facility require lots of activity and commitment, even outside of the server. Most people know and can confirm that I am very active during the day and I can be on from 3 to 6 hours a day, except obviously the days where I work late. During my time in the server I have held a couple Clearance Level 4 positions, such as Overseer Assistant and MTF A-1 Commander, and the most relevant and important ones like Site Advisor and Site Manager, which I believe that all these positions allowed me to improve on skills that I will list in the following reasons and really do prove my worth and ability. One of the most important abilities I have been improving is my documentation one. This skill was mostly worked on during my time as Overseer Assistant and as of recent, DEA Senior Agent position, for working on relations/operation documents. Even on my IA/A1 as well, for writing up investigations and reports. I know how to make documents enjoyable to read and make proper reports that are structured well, both with in game documentation and google docs.
I believe I have strong leadership capabilities and my previous positions of Alpha-1 Commander, leading the entire regiment, and Site Advisor and currently Site Manager helping lead and shape the site and departments within prove this. I understand how to properly communicate to new players and long term ones, how to make them enjoy the server at it's maximum potential and take appropriate measures when they simply do not have any intentions of following the roleplay scenario, but also being a good leader is knowing when to be stern, and strict with people without it seeming like you're being rude or toxic.
I have good knowledge of the position of Site Director, due to me assisting in taking temporary control of the Site Administration team a few times and working with them for 3 months. I've been very involved in the progress of the server from an In Character stand point and am fully aware of how each department and regiment runs and how we deal with issues on a day to day basis.
Site Administration has big responsibilities on their shoulders, this requires lots of Roleplay skills, ability to think on the spot and create an immersive experience for everyone, especially as Site Administration, as we're public leaders of the Site and will need to be interacting withe everyone, no matter their position or clearance.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
The responsibilities of Site Administration in RP are the following:
Leading and Coordinating the Site
Site Administration are to lead and coordinate all units within the facility, obviously they will be accompanied by Site Managers and Director.
They'll also be required to effectively and efficiently work with all regiments and departments to meet one united goal and allow for smooth working within the facility.
Deals with Marshal Carter and Dark Ltd and other GOI's
Marshal Carter and Dark Ltd. will often request to enter the facility to sell their whares. Site Administration will be the ones to print permits and hand them to the GOI, in case MC&D infiltrates or breaks the terms of the permit Site Administration have full authority to perform a blacklist.
Departmental Reviews
Each month there are set assignments to Site Advisors to a specific department, or regiment and we have to supervise the assigned department until the end of the month and write a review to be given (usually in their announcement channels) and this would entail everything they have done great, some things they could improve on and specific ratings based on criteria for them to be informed on.
And in the case of continuous poor performance from a certain department, Special Measures would be placed, effectively making Site Administration hands on leaders for them to help regain that Department to an acceptable standard. This would be carried out by a Site Manager+.
Authorising Advanced Armory
When Containment Breaches are catastrophic and standard issued equipment is not enough to recontain the anomalies Site Administration may authorise the usage of Advanced Armory to any MTF Non Commissioned Officer and above.
On Site Progress and Standards
Another thing Site Administration is responsible for is the Departmental Relations and standards, across the entire site. Whether it'd be making sure Site Policies are being created and enforced to ensure standards are maintained and there is suitable leaders in the positions to make positive change and enforcing the standards we set, or approving tests and Division approval for Regiments/Departments.

Site Manager Naffen
---------------------
Site Manager Naffen, just after a long days of work dealing with Departmental Votes and interviews, was walking back to Core Sector across the bridge, waved off his Guardian Angel at the Checkpoint and walked alone back to up to his office. Before entering his office, he went to the vending machine to get a bottle of water. As he reached to the bottom, he felt not his bottle, but paper. He picked it up the scrunched piece of paper, flipped it around and read it.
"Don't read this for too long"
Confused by this he flips the paper around attemping to see if theres anything else, as he's doing so in his confusion, the lights turn off, loud footsteps are heard right next to him. Naffen immediately starts to yell and attempts to fight back, unsure of who's attempting to restrain him, whether its Insurgency Members or some other GOIs, Naffen just continues to resist, but outnumbered and in complete darkness he stood no chance. He's restrained and blindfolded in the dark by too many combatives.
He's escorted up to, what he assumes is Floor 3 and all worry is immediately dropped, no longer thinking he's kidnapped by rogue agents or GOIs. Naffen knows he's in no current threat but still feels stressful as he's unsure of what is to come next. He is placed in a chair, cuffs are removed, blind fold is removed and notices a man opposite him. This man had familiar boots, coat, suit and face. He knew what he was, but not who he was.
A member of the Overseer Council was sitting opposite him, one he had very few interactions or dealings with. He was just waiting, staring at him blankly. Some more footsteps are heard behind him and his Alpha-1 escort steps back away from Naffen, towering over him closing the door behind them, leaving them all trapped in the same room.

<??> How are you, Manager?
<Naffen> I'm alright... Anything I can do for y--
He was abruptly interrupted.
<??> Do you know where Mr. Katona is?
<Naffen> No sir. None of us do.
<??> This is an issue for the both us
<Naffen> How so sir?
<??> Well, this leaves a very important position vacant, for a very important Site.
Naffen nods his head slowly
The Overseer kicks his feet up onto the table, relaxed and points at the Site Manager
<??> Do you think you're prepared for this?
<Naffen> I...I know I am capable of taking the role and acting in the best interests of the Site and Foundation.
The Overseer checks his antique but prestine conditioned watch
<??> The offer won't be there forever, Manager. Do the right thing.
<Naffen> The circumstances for this are unfortunate but I will gladly fill the spot of Site Director, sir.
<??> As expected. Good choice.
He stands up, and ushers the Site Manager to follow him.
They walk over to the corner of the room to pick up a VHS Tape and they put it into a projector and turn it on.
It was an image of Viktor Katona, ex Site-65 Site Director leaving from Entrance Zone up to the gates, all alone.
<??> Some think he was brainwashed, not by the Chaos Insurgency but possibly an anomaly or another GOI. Some think he just couldn't handle it.
<??> Change is needed for this Site. You are the change we need. Good luck, Director.
