Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
Since first joining the server in March (Month may be different isn't relevant) when only being Jr. Researcher and attending a lecture held by DoR Shady Dave it gave me some real interest in the conduction of tests and pushing the limit to my research. Personally I wanted to document unique topics that weren't thought about or that would be some great value to the Scientific Department. After seeing months of development of the department from various Director of Research it continue maintain that small interest in department. After leading the Security Department and my continued development in Chaos Insurgency regiment its shown me that I enjoy the development of documents after surveying the site there has been many ideas of plans for tests that I could conduct but my lack of clearance restrains me from going forth and beginning my research.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
I've been aware of how to operate effectively and properly as a Sr. Researcher for many months since achieving the position since being taught by multiple DoRs and Executives so I have all that knowledge from multiple individuals that were in the department before. My experience in CL4 position give me the ability to deal with any problems that someone would confront me with and would say that I'm well versed in leadership, development, documentation, and approachability.
With personal and E-11 experience of Site-65 SCPs that I very confident in my abilities in the knowledge of the them.
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
Around 6 Excellent documents, majority are lost to the SCIPNET and were submitted months ago. An excellent document must met a certain amount of requirements before its even considered these are: zero/little spelling mistakes, good grammar, descriptive research pages, a minimum of 4 pages, and evidence of roleplay during testing but to really achieve an excellent grading your document on a research study must stand out from others as it can just be a copy of an overwritten SCP, unique ideas for a research study should be used and the bounds of research should be push to its furthest.
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
As a Executive Researcher the responsibilities you hold are to to uphold the standards of professionalism that's expected for Research Department. They are to assist the Director of Research in the development and maintenance of the department as they are a representative of the DoR that are delegated the position to become an extension of them. To achieve this an executive researcher is to help give guidance and feedback to all the lower ranks of the department making sure that research is done correctly and ethically but you must also be approachable with the balance of professionalism. You should be encourage others to share and want to help build a closer research team by bringing people together through lectures.
