I've lost count of how many warnings I have gotten over the last year but they were mainly for minor offences like Fail RP or RDM, however nowadays I rarely get warnings.
Why are you applying for Security Captain?
I wish to improve the current state of General Security, improve communication on all levels of the CoC from Cadets/Officers all the way up to Site Command to get the job done. I have observed this first hand whilst on-the-job as Riot SGT and I am sure that everyone can agree that these issues need to be worked on, for which it is no stress for me to assist with at all.

Karsten Schmidt originally came from Bavaria in Germany from an unknown civilian research facility facing charges of manslaughter and kidnapping was cleared of all charges under the condition he spends his life working for the foundation. Since at Site 65 Karsten "Nebula" Schmidt has been a long standing member, serving most of his time in the Research Department, later moving into more combative roles due to his interest in sophisticated weaponry which was why this was a problem in Research. How he gets the nickname "Nebula" is because one time he threw a giant bread into 914 and it exploded creating a nebula effect.

- I enjoy leading others, I believe management is everything in an RP-Oriented game, with poor management it shows in the Officers/Cadets who have no idea what they are doing. Hence why I have spent so long as a Senior Researcher, leading countless mass-tests under my command.
- I make my expectations clear, I make sure that everybody under my wing understands and is on the same page as me before moving towards anything.
- So far when I have been co-ordinating Riots with the permission of Captains+, we have seen little to no problems on the management side of things as I make myself clear, I phrase my words like I am one with the team and people on the whole listen.
- I can delegate/manage responsibly. I am aware of the purpose the GenSec department has and I make efforts to ensure that every post is manned and that insubordination under my wing does not happen (Cuffs and of course the sight priveleges are my best friend in this case).
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
- To ensure that the Security Sergeants are familiar with their roles to further delegate down to their reporting Officers/Cadets as per the CoC.
- The Captain also has responsibility to call/organize sweeps when needed whilst awarding appropriate credits afterwards.
- As a level 4 member of foundation staff they also have the responsibility of ensuring that any issues relating to others are passed up the CoC as appropriate and that ethics are always being followed.
- Often host RRT/ Heavy weapons tryouts ensuring candidates meet the required criteria whilst conducting the tryout in an organized fashion.
