What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I have had been an Overseer Assistant previously in the past, I have done my duties with a passion and hardwork. Overseer Assistant is a very serious role within roleplay, therefore it requires a good person at making roleplays. From my previous experience I have lead and created multiple roleplays within the site. I have a very good understanding of the responsibilities of an Overseer Assistant. I am quite good at following orders no matter the cost with great efficiency. I believe my experience in roleplaying and managing the site will help it by a greater margin. I am able to manage the site in times of emergency with no problem.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
Representing & Assisting the O5 Council
It is an Overseer Assistant's primary duty. Assistants play a huge role within their inner workings by helping them accomplish their day to day duties flawlessly. They are involved in assisting the Council take decisions by advising them if required. If an O5 Council member is unable to attend an event due to its risk level, an Assistant will attend in their place and then report back the information.
Taking & Fulfilling Orders by the O5 Council
Overseer Assistants are required to fulfill Council Orders no matter the risk it posses to the site, they are required to do it with complete loyalty and precision. It is one of the very important duties that Assistants are tasked to do.
Approving Advanced Armory
In times of emergencies such as breaches getting too out of control where Site Administration and Site Command are unavailable. Overseer Assistants must step in and lead the site during the emergency in their absence. They can authorize Advanced Armory for Mobile Task Forces Non Commissioned Officers and higher. The Advanced Armory contains weapons that have great destructive capabilities that are to be used when breaches get too out of hand.
Approving Site Lockdown & Managing the Site
Overseer Assistants hold great power of site protocols when they are the highest on the Chain of Command (SA,SC absence)
They are tasked with the security of the site and have the power to lockdown areas of the site for various reasons, such as trainings occurring in HCZ they shall lockdown HCZ. If an 008 breach occurs they are to lockdown the entire HCZ to contain it inside.
Approving Mass Termination
If they are the highest on the Chain Command and Site Command, Site Administration, Ethics Committee Assistants are absent. They have the power to approve mass termination of Class Ds outside of D block. However this only is to be called if there is a major class d uprising interrupting a massive breach. Assistants should think two times about it before making the decision to call it.
Dealing with Information breaches
Part of an Assistant's main duties is stopping information leaks. They can crack on the Information leaker by two ways, Asking Alpha-1 to assist them (they cant order A1) or deal with it themselves. It is a normal routine that high level information does not get in the hands of normal site personnel who don't have the clearance level to access it.
Other CL4 duties
Other CL4 duties may include a bunch of which are not their main priorities such as, opening high clearance doors for personnel who need to get in that area in an emergency such as 008's doors for Epsilon 11. They also can monitor CCTV for any abnormal stuff. Other duties would include closing Blast Doors when it is applicable.

File #001: Background
Nick was born within an urban region in Sweden, he was living a humble life with his parents having just enough to buy groceries and other necessities. Although oftentimes he wanted things, he was fine with the conditions he was living in. He was enrolled into public school. Nick wanted to be an astronaut like any other kid but that quickly fell out of his mind. He then had a dream, to protect his country & contribute to the world. After he finished high school at 16, he had no specific major that he decided to enroll in a college for, with this lack of clue, he quickly enrolled in the army as it was the best thing he decided.
Nick started off as a Private with a goal, a goal to serve his country well and contribute to it. After becoming a Specialist after months of basic training, he decided to enroll at the Swedish Defense University following the officer programme for 4 years. After graduating from college with high degrees & great experience from learning. He quickly became a Second Lieutenant. He quickly was handpicked to join the Military Intelligence & Security Service’s Intelligence sector. Years passed as he became a Lieutenant and was doing great work with his platoon successfully doing lots of missions with no fail. He trained his platoon to the max and was praised by multiple higher ranking officers for his work. He still had goals to continue till he was no longer fit physically. He was also being watched by the SCP Foundation’s Department of External Affairs’s recruitment sector.
File #002: Incident #8854-4
He & his men were dispatched over to Canada for an Intelligence operation that was 2 weeks long regarding observation of recent abnormalities in the area that was of Swedish interest. He & his men were told to investigate up in the alps the location of increasing missing people. To no avail, they find no remains, except for a single human skeleton on the ground.
While he was away in another area nearby investigating, he suddenly heard gunshots in the area where his men were located.
He went over to check, and saw a skeleton that is approximately 2 meters tall that is completely devoid of organs attacking his men violently skinning them leaving behind their rotting corpses. The creature fed on the corpses, eventually leaving them bare. While Nick was hiding in the bush seeing all of this happen, suddenly the creature looked him in the eyes at the bush he was hiding in, he began shooting and running away terrified from the creature. He fell onto the snow, the creature began injuring him severely, torturing him intentionally before feasting on him.
Suddenly, a helicopter arrived alongside multiple LAVs. The LAVs began shooting the skeleton with their explosive shells, they did little damage to the skeletal structure but the creature fled. Nick saw all of this happen seeing multiple DEA agents & Nu-7. He was brought onto a roller to the nearest hospital eventually getting unconscious

File #003: Recruitment
Nick woke up vividly remembering the events that had just happened a few hours ago. The room in the hospital he is inside is barren empty.
Few minutes pass and the room is still empty, he suddenly hears footsteps heading towards the room he is in, he gets increasingly worried. He sees a man dressed in a suit with glasses entering his room, seemingly confused, Nick asks the man who he is. The mysterious man does not answer him.
The man then proceeded to ask him about what he saw. Nick can’t believe that such thing would occur and that it even exists.
Nick has had severe PTSD from the incident and was not liking the interview regarding it. After the interview, the man asked Nick if he had the option, would he choose to join an organization to make sure that stuff does not happen to civilians? Nick said yes without hesitation.
The man then began briefing Nick on the SCP Foundation and Nick accepted the invitation and was scheduled for an induction training.
File #004: Time In DEA
Agency Manager Dennid at the time lead Nick's induction training within the Foundation and briefed him about all information he should know. Few days later he received his Basic Training after working on a desk job for a while. He was trained how to do duties such as surface patrols, disguising as a normal civilian and dealing with information breaches on surface and the basics of infiltration within a GOI.
Few months passed and Nick was doing his job to the fullest and had amazing performance and was constantly praised by Special Agents in his departments. He had reports of everything notable stuff documented. He performed outstandingly in wars between F - GOC/CI. After documenting an event where an anomalous meteor was sighted and landed near Site-65 where a weird liquid began turning people into zombie like creatures, he assisted GOC and some other agents in the clean up of the anomalous matter and reported it back to his superiors. One day he was called into Agency Manager Dennid's office. He was told he was been performing amazingly that the DEA Command decided on making him a Senior Agent. Nick was happy by hearing that and continued efficiently doing his duties, documenting important stuff and his normal routine. Nick was amazed by hearing about assistants and wanted to assist the Foundation on a higher level but he continued his DEA Duties without knowing that opportunity will pass to him.
File #005: Time as Overseer Assistant
One fateful day, Nick was called into Floor 3 by an Overseer.
Nick was obviously confused having no idea what thing he has done to be called into Floor 3. When he arrived to Floor 3, he was escorted by Alpha-1 to O5 Council Chambers. Infront of him was the O5 Council. Nick was humbled to be in their presence. The Council told Nick about his great ways of dealing with stuff and executing orders and they believe he could make a great Overseer Assistant. After a quick interview to make sure his skills were up to date he was officially instated as an Overseer Assistant and removed from DEA Records. To be Continued...
