For how long have you played on CG SCP:
I have played for a couple weeks a little bit more than a year and a half ago. I then took a longer break and returned to actively play since the start of September/end of August.

In what country are you located/time zone:
Germany, ECT (GMT +1)

Character name(s):
Foundation: Nicolas Caliko
UNGOC: Jonathan 'King' Kingston
Civilian: Mevin Garland

What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA):
SCP-RP UK

Do you have a mic?:
Yes, I do.

List all whitelisted, MTF or CI roles that you hold or have held:
Holding: MTF E-11 CPT, Ethics Committee Assistant, UNGOC LCPL, SCP-22415, ISD / DEA Agent (Well they don't directly count, but I'll list them anyway ;))
Held: n/a
Have you recieved any kicks/bans/warning (and why)?:
No, I have never recieved any kicks, warns or bans aside from an afk kick here and there.

Why are you applying for Site Advisor?:
Now, since the start of me playing on CN SCP-RP I had an admiration for the concept of how this server operates and how the administration of this server works. And one thing I really like is the involvement of players in actually managing the course of roleplay that is not strictly controlled by server staff. In comparison to other servers that I have played, this is a really nice idea of letting the players of the server dictate their own roleplay. So from the beginning I knew this is where I wanted to go at some point. Of course I needed to show my worth first so I decided to play in E-11 and have risen through the ranks to Captain. But now, I’m looking for another step up, into a real administration job.
Whilst I played as an Ethics Committee Assistant and E-11 CO I’ve had a lot of time and interaction with many different elements of the administrative sector of the playership. And whilst the Ethics Committee is something I really have an interest in I think I need to get a grip on how to properly be in a real roleplay leader position first. It’s not that I’m just using the Site Administration as a stepping stone to jump straight into the Committee, it is more of a path for me to explore and whilst the Ethics Committee may look interesting right now, the next step for me is definitely the Site Administration that I have no real Idea how it might feel like to play. So I want to learn how it actually is to play SA, get to know the people behind it, the concept of it from the inside, the work behind the curtains. And whilst I’m at it, I think I can see if perhaps the Site Administration is enough for me and I’d actually like to stick around more than trying to look for something else.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
First of all, I have a good amount of practical experience by now. I have been an Assistant to the Ethics Committee for a few months now, so I had a lot of situations where my work involved administrational work, some of it actually involving the Site Administration so I’d say I have a pretty good understanding of how everything works. I have focussed mostly on working on operations issued by the Committee Members that involve investigations and long-term operations. I also have tried multiple policy projects, like reworking the ECA Orientations (didn't make the cut), some policy changes towards SCP-008 and reworking the Tribunal System with the ISD Director Hersh.
Now with my position as an E-11 Captain I also have a pretty good amount of experience in a leadership position. Managing personnel, overseeing and changing department policies, authorization, participating and sometimes planning larger projects myself has also helped a lot to get a good involvement in Roleplay. My latest larger commitment was our new specialisation program which mostly involves roleplay and deeper knowledge of our on-site SCP’s and how to respond to new anomalies, mostly played by game masters, and how to properly combat/contain/interact with them through various ways and knowledge of different anomalous capabilities. Now our advertisement for that is a bit low so it doesn't make waves but I try my best to make spread the word.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
The Site Administration is the primary authority in charge of maintaining and managing the administrational efficiency of their respective Site. The main duties of the SA is to supervise and manage departmental effectiveness by reviewing or auditing Dpt. Leaderships or REGCOMs (audits if it is the SA’s opinion that the current leadership is not doing their job right), and appointing new personnel into their positions of Dpt. Director and MTF Commander with the exceptions of AO and ISD Director. Beside these three Departments/Regiments, SA is in charge of managing site-wide and departmental policies by coordinating with the respective leadership to change and enforce these policies. They are also heavily involved in the continued effort of inter-departmental cooperation, trying to secure a good work environment and being an intermediary to resolve conflicts between departments or regiments.
For actual operational responsibilities, the Site Administration is in control of local operations like cooperation/relations with local GoI cells together with the DEA. They also assist their site’s security personnel in combating threats like breaches and raids from a distance through the use of site-wide security measures (Tesla Gates, FSL, etc.) and also authorizing the use of advanced armory for high risk containment breaches as well as initializing site evacuations. For non-emergency involvement, the SA is also able to authorize testing projects or general testing procedures (mostly done by Exec. Researchers+), passive containment breaches and general containment measures for their Site or restricting access to specific zones for trainings, projects, testing, or other reasons.

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
To give some context at the very beginning, I plan to use my current MTF character, which will transfer to the Site Administration. Therefore I’d keep the name, the behaviour and appearances of an E-11 CO in administrative duty. My PAC that I would probably make would look like a military officer to match the style. Now for behaviour, as a Site Advisor I would primarily try to focus on actual administration of our combative regiments. Working on new military protocols to be implemented that could favor the experience of our MTF’s, aid in management in those regiments and try to be as actively near the MTF’s by regularly walking around HCZ, checking on the SOP Wing, sometimes go to surface compound and all of that, show a bit of presence. Also I want to play out more of a military containment advisor position inside the SA and show a bit more enthusiasm to the whole “Secure, Contain, Protect” motto. My E-11 was always a bit more “old-fashioned” when it came to the way the Foundation operates so I want to play that out a bit more and crack down on real security measures for the reliability of SCP containment.
I want my character to have a strong connection with its past as an MTF CO and the experience of working in an MTF for a long time, getting injured, decorated and possibly traumatized. So I’m even considering to do regular RP with like minded individuals, people that in their lore have also transferred from an MTF to a new position and have regular chats about our previous service. And perhaps a meeting with the shrink here and there, just to keep the immersion going a bit more.
