Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I’ve become very interested in stepping into more administrative positions, as I always tried focusing on more paperwork/roleplay focused side of ISD (thats why i joined the office of development and relations!!). I want to move towards positions that involve organization, coordination, and supporting the overall structure of the server. I’m applying because i think it will fit me well with the direction I want to take moving forward. I’m looking to get more involved in the administrative and roleplay side of the server, particularly by helping create and support scenarios that Site Administration takes part in.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I believe my experience as an ISD Inspector has given me the necessary background to manage situations and give orders when required, both in combat-oriented and administrative contexts. My current role has required me to be peaceful under pressure, assess situations quickly, and make decisions that require alot of thinking. I am also comfortable handling multiple responsibilities at once, focusing on several tasks or situations simultaneously, something that is frequently required in ISD wing during arrests or emergencies. Also I am very active on-site being able to spend multiple hours when my rank is needed, and I believe that there are situations where SA is needed but there are none present on site.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
  • Mainly overlooking the site making sure everything is running in the way it should be running
  • Appoint Department Directors and MTF Commanders
  • Review departmental performance and provide support or intervention where necessary.
  • Authorize partial site closures and approve on-site materials such as posters or public notices.
  • Granting authorization for AA (Advanced Armoury) when required.
  • Conduct employment hearings when personnel challenge demotions.
  • Assist in the management of emergencies and contribute to maintaining Site Policy alongside FCOM.
  • Liaising with DEA for GOI relations
  • Liaising with FCOM for their delegated duties down to Site Administration
  • Reviewing the status of departments making sure they are running up to code and standards
  • Organizing and overseeing code-black scenarios

Im not great in lore!!
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Nikolai Kirkow grew up in a town called [REDACTED] in Bulgaria. It was an industrial area and not a really great enviroment to live in. He was raised by his family to be very strict and to follow the rules. Growing up in a household defined by expectations and precision, he developed an early aptitude for navigating complex systems. He pursued his higher education with an aggressive focus, eventually securing a PhD in behavioral psychology and sociopathology by the age of 29.

The Foundation noticed Nikolai Kirkow because of his school work. He wrote a thesis about how organizations can become bad over time, or seeing the signs of problems inside a company or institution.

Nikolai Kirkow later asked for a transfer to a better working enviroment, seeking an environment where the pressures placed on personnel and leadership would provide clearer insight into institutional resilience under stress. He was subsequently stationed at Site-65, where he currently serves.
