Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
I've received only one and that's for spinning around while I was doing my BJJ training. It was not on purpose as I threw my headset on my keyboard, not knowing it will void AFK.
Since that incident I've taken steps to prevent this from happening again.
How long have you been a Senior Agent for?:
I've been a Senior Agent for a while now. Has to be almost a month honestly, it got logged 9.9 but I got it around like 29-30.8
Why are you applying for Special Agent?:
It's ideal PVP and RP balance is a solid reason why I want the Jr Cl4 inside the Dep.
What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:
So, I've held a lot of high-ranking positions across other RP servers, where I had a lot of responsibility for leading, training, and organizing large teams. That experience has given me the knowledge for the SPA role. I also think that my determination and will power or rather work ethic could ensure that I put up consistent work and keep up a high standard. Within my experience of playing on the server I've learned about the issues within SOP and I aim to fix them. An example would be enhancing SOP communications, ensuring professionalism in all interactions. Also keeping the good cooperation between DEA and Nu-7.
I've already demonstrated leadership and initiative during my time in DEA, so I'm committed to raising the standard, especially of field operations. I think my knowledge makes me more than suited for leading field operations.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
I genuinely think that a document being simple, clear to understand, and not having clumps of information which is difficult to understand is what makes it great. Briefly, documents should be practical and have no clumps that could confuse the reader. Due to my college, I've had to learn how to make documents and seminars, so I have a lot of experience with it.
What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:
They take care of hostage negotiations, interrogations, any talk with GOIs as they've got priority.
They cover up info leaks etc. etc.
Also engage in making new RP, helping out with SOP as they can be Field Agents as well...
Please give some lore about your Special Agent character and what story lines they would be involved in:
Born in Austria, Noah Smith grew up in a small town that was hit hard by economic struggles due to poor diplomacy in Austria at the time.
His family lived a small but honest life, with little stability or any influence at all, but Noah despite all that developed an early love or rather talent into talking with people and adapting to tough circumstances.
Whilst he was a child he already had to get adapted to uneasy life circumstances. He was a top student in Wien universities and excelled in group work.
After finishing college, he enlisted into the military as he felt the need to "fill his fathers shoes" as he was also a CO inside the army which fell out due to heavy PTSD.
He wants to redeem and keep the reputation of his father and as such he excelled through Officer school, quickly getting a high ranking position. After doing such at still a young age he decided to leave and go into politics. After winning the elections in Austria the Foundation kept an eye on him. When his mandate ran out, they quickly approached him with a deal he simply could not refuse. He was employed inside the DEA of the Foundation, quickly rising up to Senior Agent. Now he is keen to rise even higher, attempting to excel to the Cl4 team.
