Character name(s): Jeffrey J Matthews, Noah Smith
Civilian name: Aaron Siegel
What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): UK
Do you have a mic?: Yes
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held: CI-D, Sr. Agent, Combat Medic.
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:

Why are you applying for Medical Consultant?
I find the medical department very fun, it engages in various roleplay scenarios and lets you explore the site in a very unusual approach compared to other departments.
The roleplay is very detailed and is also very engaging. Not to say that it is interesting, that is and understatement.
The core reason of me applying is to enhance my roleplay in Medical as a Jr Cl4. as it allows me to have more RP situations in better detail
What makes you suitable for Medical Consultant?:
The fact that I am very active and actively study medicine to become an actual real life doctor in my opinion makes me a great option for a Medical Consultant. I am very willing to help and will actively engage in RP situations to get the most out of it, as well in creating new RP scenarios to boost server health. Helping new medics and do new medical licenses with my knowledge would most certainly help improve the overall RP in medical. I'll try my BEST to do said thing
Please explain an in-game medical procedure of your choice: -
*A combative has broken their leg and needs urgent medical care, as medbay is far away what do you do?*
First of all, I'd start off by making a splint or using one if I have it by hand. I would carefully apply it using /me above and under the fractured area, completely immobilizing the broken leg. To ease the pain I'd add extra padding and inject pain killers or give them to the patient orally in the form of tablets.
After successfully applying the splint I'd carefully help the patient up, placing him down in a vehicle to drive him back to Foundation and getting him to medical, if not I'd carry him back to medical if it is in Foundation. On surface, if no vehicles are around I'd get a rope to drag him back.
All of the mentioned parts would be roleplayed through /me and through /it as it helps enhance the overall feeling of the scenario and visual
What are the responsibilities of the Medical Consultant in RP?: -
As I've seen so far. Medical Consultants usually deal with paperwork and important surgeries, check ups, and other things. They help train and induct new medical personnel and are key role model of the Medical Department.
They are to help the DoMs lead the department and engage in making RP scenarios alongside them. Make sure the medical staff are doing there job and are well trained in their job..
Please give some lore about your Medical Consultant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Noah grew up in a small town on the coast in Croatia. His family didn’t have much money his dad worked as a nurse and his mom worked in a bakery. From early on, Noah was someone who wanted to patch people up when they got hurt, or sit and listen when someone had a bad day. He grew a passion for helping others recover from bad situations or recover from their wounds and illnesses
In med school, he got interested in how stress and fear affect the body. He ended up helping on a research project about trauma survivors, and it hit him how badly mental strain could wreck someone physically too. That kind of connection between the mind and the body fascinated him so much that he decided to study medicine and learn more about the human body and how everything affects it!
After achieving a career in medicine and getting a good name inside it, he was approached by a recruiter from the Foundation. At first he thought it was a joke, but they explained they needed someone who could work in high pressure environments where both physical injuries and psychological issues show up together. He took the job because he saw it as a way to push his skills beyond what a normal hospital could offer.
On site, Noah built a reputation for staying calm even when everything’s falling apart. During, a strange airborne cognitohazard issue that was messing with breathing and perception the younger staff started panicking. Noah with his experience stepped in, organized everything, got respirators on people, sedated the ones who were spiraling, and made sure everyone was checked out for before he left. People still talk about that night because he kept things composed and in check when no one else could.
After one surgery, he treated a team of field agents who had been exposed to an memory altering SCP. They couldn’t agree on what had happened, and some doubted if their memories were even their own. Noah had to stabilize them physically while also guiding them through that mental breakdown.
His main traits: calm under fire, stubbornly empathetic, and willing to put himself on the line if it means others walk away alive.
