After my interactions with you I believe you are underexperienced and will need to rely heavily on the advice of others in order to both recover the perpetual slump of RP standards and provide clarity of jurisdictions in the current departmental overlaps, also that the other current members of the O5 Council present no-contest for the position - Your application is also incredibly light on the ground when defining the responsibilities of the Chief Overseer both inside and outside of RP which gives me little confidence you have matured into your current position as O5-2.
However, it remains the case that you are currently the most suitable candidate available for O5-1.

Ever since he became an O5 the first thing that he did was to bring a new system to A1 and he has been leading as on O5 and giving us a lot of things to do, but as a -1 he will be able to create more and more RP, I wish you the best of luck my friend.

Puppet has shown a multitude of promising attributes for the occupation of O5-1. I am personally biased towards him due to my on going RP with him but regardless he is the most active O5, Most RP friendly in quite some time and knows how to turn a somewhat bad RP situation to a good one.
