Discord name: ggooose1
For how long have you played on CG SCP: 5 Months, Averaging 3+ Hours Per Day
Age: 19
In what country are you located?: UK
Time zone: GMT +0
Character name(s): Jaqueline Claire 'Tracer' Reacher
Civilian name: Wide-Boy Jim
What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): SCP-RP UK
Do you have a mic?: Yes

List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
- Executive Researcher
- Overseer Assistant

Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
- I have one FailRP warning for meowing.
What O5 role are you applying for, and why (give the specific O5 number):

- I am applying for O5-4, and I'm hoping to become a more public figure for the Council. I understand it is essential for RP that the Council is hidden from the public, but that disconnect is also a big gap between the Council and its command. I'm hoping to take this role and create a 'public face' for the council, in which I go to less important meetings, discussions and 'required' events as a figurehead. A similar principle was introduced on the wikidot, in O5-9's personal dossier. (https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/o5-command-dossier)

What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?:

EXECUTIVE RESEARCHEROVERSEER ASSISTANT
This was my first ever whitelisted role, and taught me all I know about responsibility and etiquette on site. My time as an executive was incredibly helpful, and is a big reason why I want to go into the command sector, as I want to help bring more storylines to research and its employees. As of right now, most events are one day events, which involve a 'new' SCP. I'm hoping, if given this role, to help write and create intricate and immersive storylines for the RsD, doubling as an incentive to join research.

I was given the role pretty early into my SCP-RP career, which means I've been a CL4 a majority of my time on the server. Despite my shortcomings with tribunals and citations, I have been a CL4 holder for over 4 months, and have only gotten better and better at professional, yet still enaging RP. Its a thin line to walk, where on one hand you cannot be too unprofessional, but on the other, to create exciting and fun RP, you need to be a little silly. Its exactly this tightrope which I stand on, and plan to use to write, organise, and encourage diverse and entertaining RP, especially for the RsD Dep.
My most recent CL4 Role, and by far one of my favourites. It is engaging and exciting, and I look forward to joining each day.

I am by far one of the most active OSA's on site, and with this activity I also complete the most orders, or commands given. With this experience, I am given a new understanding of what certain departments require and need day-to-day, such as chemical orders, information, investigations, and security.

My time as OSA has allowed me to expand my network of friends to be multi-departmental, including but not limited to, DEA, Medical, O-1, Ethics, and Gensec. It is with these connections and friendships I think that becoming a 'public' O5 would be that much more achievable, as my already established connections would enable me to find and investigate things much easier with a network, rather than having A-1 or IA intrude and seem suspicious or out of place while they search.

What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council in RP?:

Site Administration and Overseer Assistant Roles
• Overseeing the site's operations through the Site Administration group.
• Making policy changes to ensure smooth operation.

Assigning Orders to Overseer Assistants
• Carrying out orders on behalf of the council.
• Various tasks from chemical collection to investigations on specific departments/people.

Arranging Hearings for Conduct Violations or Negligence of Duties
• Upholding behavior standards among senior site personnel.
• Ensuring site runs as cleanly as possible.

Assigning Orders to MTF Alpha-1
• Carrying out orders of the council.
• Including actions such as kidnapping and torture of site personnel.

Calling of Code-Black Scenarios
• Monitoring server health via the ability to call a code black.
• Removing non-combative personnel to deal with major disruptions.

Activation of the Alpha Warhead
• Triggering containment of all SCP entities and full RP reset.
• Used as a last resort in case of a breach when other options have failed or if a breach has lasted for a significant period.

Roleplay Creation
• Generating RP by interacting with departmental leaders.
• Focused on the research department, which is one of the most RP intensive groups on the server.

What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council out of RP (e.g. what applications do they handle?):

Overseer Assistant and O5-1 Roles in the Foundation:
• They appoint Overseer Assistants, who perform tasks on council requests, requiring a low-profile touch.
• O5-1 advises on the appointment of new council members, ensuring their addition doesn't negatively impact the server.
• They handle Site Director applications, which are crucial, as they ensure effective operation of the Site Administration group.
• They enact the appointment of the A-1 commander, as MTF Alpha-1 acts as a personal armed force for the council.
• The council reviews roles appointing, ensuring their conduct and behavior meet the required standards.
• The council handles demotion appeals, allowing individuals to reason their actions or lack thereof.
• The council advises A-1 on good regimental recruitment choices due to the close relationship between A-1 and O5.
• Collaboration with other departments to create RP and inform important groups on OOC matters.
• Good OOC communication with all departments and GOIs ensures free and open RRP.
• Creation, review, and management of documentation such as the Foundation Legal codex are vital for site management and RRP control.
• Documentation management and creation for the council, its assistants, and MTF Alpha-1 ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Please give some lore about your O5 character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Overseer [REDACTED], also known as "The Queen" in Foundation circles, is a mysterious figure with a regal appearance and a keen intellect. She is a master strategist and a savior, able to anticipate and counter potential threats to Foundation operations. As one of the highest-ranking Overseers, she holds significant sway over Foundation policy and operations. Despite her enigmatic nature, she is deeply invested in the Foundation's mission to secure, contain, and protect anomalous objects and entities. Rumors and speculations surround her, including immortality, pacts with anomalous entities, or an ancient force. Her legacy remains a mystery, shaping the Foundation's history and leaving an indelible mark on all who serve under her command. Whether she is viewed as a savior, a tyrant, or something else entirely, one thing remains certain: The Queen's reign is far from over.

Good Evening @Jackie3, I have decided to leave a -support on this application

I feel as though you can certainly get here in due time, but being Snr CL4 isn't all what makes someone SC worthy, as an assistant, moving to SC is a large jump, what makes this easier from an O5/EC standpoint are the factors of; Does this assistant have a good understanding of RP dynamics and health, and, does this assistant perform well among O5/A1/OSAs and hold themselves to a high standard of RP and conduct, i feel as though you haven't garnered enough experience in the fields of server RP and health, you are certainly capable of good RP though i feel as though you lack somewhat in the department of understanding the inner workings of the player base and what RP is made where and why, however, i wish you the very best of luck with this application

+ 22 charges of Unethical Testing in tribunal court

Despite me leaving the server, I've only left quite recently and still look at the forums. In my time with Jacq, I had pretty good times, her document writing was creative and had good test ideas. She is one of the most active OSAs if the roster is correct, and was a very good Exec. Who had an Exemplary document. The yapping skills are quite impressive on this woman. I must say I recommend her, even without Sr.CL4 experience. OSA gives you a good grasp of the O5's duties and lets you socialise with A-1 pre-emptively.
