How long have you been a Senior Agent for?
Around 4 weeks total, however, this time around I have only been a Senior Agent for a week.

Why are you applying for Special Agent?

I am applying for special agent as since returning to the department, I have had a lot of fun taking part in and creating RP from its duties. DEA itself is a very versatile department due to the fact that it has great potential for RP, whether this be within site or with the other Groups of Interest, but also has plenty of opportunity for combat and PVP. Furthermore, I have always had an interest in the diplomacy RP aspect of the server and it is something that I have wanted to get better at overall, given that most of my experience on the server is primarily with Foundation departments, DEA is the perfect opportunity for me to get involved with that style of RP.

What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:
In my time on the server, I believe I have shown myself in several of the clearance level 4 roles I have previously held and have a good amount of experience with leading regiments and overseeing the development of whichever departments or regiments I have been in. I am also very familiar with how to create engaging operations that pertain to the duties of the department and feel that I would have no issue doing the same for DEA. I also think that in my time as CL4 / Snr. CL4, I have remained very approachable and have always aimed to make sure that those below me always have someone that they can come to and ask questions if they need and I intend to do the same were I to be accepted. Lastly, and undoubtedly the most important, is my experience when it comes to making RP and generating opportunities for other to get involved with that RP, I have shown in these roles that this is something I am more than capable of doing and is something I am actively doing within E-11 through my previous characters storyline that is ongoing.

How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
As of posting this, I have not yet had the opportunity to make a document that relates to DEAs core duties but I have in the past made several documents in other areas, whether that be using the in-game document system or using other methods like google docs. A good document comes down to two simple things, clear formatting and concise information.
When writing docs in any way, formatting and concise, clear information is the most important thing to make sure that the reader can quickly find whatever information they need from the document and overall just have a much easier time when reading. Good grammar and spelling also play an important role in making a good document.

What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:
The duties and responsibilities of a Special Agent are as follows:

Being a first point of contact between DEA leadership and the rest of DEA
Being a Jr. CL4 role in DEA means that Special agents are the frontline of DEA leadership and should always be the first set of people that DEA come to if they need guidance or assistance from the leadership team. They should also be taking concerns and feedback from DEA and talking with leadership to ensure the department is always developing.

Conducting Trainings
Special agents need to run trainings for DEA to ensure that all those in the department remain familiar and comfortable with the duties that they have to regularly carry out. This is to also ensure that the department is not slipping in standards in regards to its duties and to help those along that are struggling with their duties.

Conducting Inductions
Special agents also need to run inductions to get new people into DEA. Done by presenting the handbook to the trainees and giving them the information required to complete their regular DEA duties. If the trainees pass the quiz, they would be approved for DEA using the !jobapprove command.

Groups of Interest Interactions
As a special agent, you are required to be a leading force when it comes to dealing with GoIs. Whether that be leading diplomacy meetings, negotiations, authorising GoIs access to the site, or just general maintenance of relations, Special agents need to be a leader and remain professional to maintain high standards and show the Foundation in a good light. They may also be required to cover up some actions of the Foundation in order to keep other GoIs in good relations.

Roleplay Creation
Roleplay creation is part and parcel with every CL4 role and DEA is no different. Special agents are required to make sure that DEA agents are getting ample opportunities to either create their own RP or get involved with RP. Whether that is done by operations and orders, or just generally in game. Special agents also need to lead RP scenarios which again could be anything from meetings, interrogations, investigations, or unique RP scenarios and make sure that other DEA are getting the chance to get involved and give their input, instead of standing guard and merely watching the roleplay.

Please give some lore about your Special Agent character and what storylines they would be involved in:
