- my latest ban has been appealed and it was a false ban and i have been diagnosed with ADHD and Anger issues these are the reasons for my so many warns but i am trying to stop this by using coping mechanisms
Why are you applying for Medical Consultant?
I am applying for Medical consultant as i wasnt to be a part-leader to a department and i want to watch over the medical department and make sure that new trainees are getting a chance to watch and learn from doctors for their medical license training |this will allow them to do EST and use !medic in game to care of broken legs/fractures within the department i understand that most people may not agree that i am ready for a cl4 role as of my previous warn history however i have changed and am trying to cope i have stopped all of my behaviour | but how am i suppose to learn to use a cl4 if i cant be trusted with one i understand that if i have bad behaviour whilst i have this role i will get blacklisted from it which is understandable and all i am asking is for a chance.

What makes you suitable for Medical Consultant?: i know how to lead a department i understand how the medical department works | i know that i will have to give medical license tryouts every other day which i can handle i can handle all of the issues that foundation personnel may bring to me about my medical staff and i can sort them out as i have previous experience as a DIA so i know the FLC pretty damn well i can be tested ingame if needed i know i am cutting this short and thats because i dont know what else to WRITE

1| ask the patient why they need EST
2|if a suitable reason ask if they consent to EST | ask if they have been revived in past life
3| If consent is given grab a harpoon and tell the patient to NOT go to the light
4| throw the harpoon at them and revive using defrib
5| heal them up and tell them they can go

What are the responsibilities of the Medical Consultant in RP?: some of the responsibilities on a medical consultant is to watch over the medical department when and when there isnt a director of medicine on site | make sure procedures are being done ethically as this would go poorly on out rep within the MD | I must perform medical lectures and license trainings | i must set a good role model for my staff and help all who are turned our way i must follow the FLC and if not my job will be taken away from me and the Medical department will have no one

Right, I will not leave my verdict but instead list some things you could do to help improve yourself. I personally believe you have potential to do great things, however you need to first do a couple of things.

1. Try to avoid breaking rules. Whilst you mentioned you have been diagnoses with a couple of things and blame the warns on that, it still doesnt excuse it. Try to avoid minging around and being rude to others.

2. Give it a bit of time before going for a CL4 position. You just appeales your blacklist in Nu-7 and passed the tryout. That is a good step towards the right direction. I suggest to work your way up to ATLEAST the rank of Nu-7 SGT before going for a Junior CL4 position.

These things will take time. However, if you truly seek to improve yourself, you will understand that it will take a bit of time and your past actions cannot be undone in the span of days.

Firstly, you have a bad reputation with IA, even receiving a Job ban, from my experience with you I would not recommend you for a CL4 position.
Secondly, the name change. While disguised I overheard you talking about changing your name to avoid the reputation you've earned. This makes me see you as not taking accountability for your actions.

Overall, my interactions with you have been negative. I wish you luck with getting a Cl4 position if that is what you desire, however you must prove yourself to be a better member of site staff. Don't minge and carry out whatever departments job you settle on well.
