What makes you suitable for SCP-096?: I have played the playable SCPs and I want to expand my RP experience to 096 as it requires some RP effort other than running around killing people aimlessly.

What is the usual behavior of SCP-096 when pacified?: 096 has to sit on the ground and cry for the 60s for either someone to see his face/picture or time to finish then he can wander around but he must not body-block or try to make them see his face in purpose.

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?: when breached he will stay in his CC til someone sees his picture then he goes kill that person then like I said he will sit for 60 seconds till someone either see his face/pic or bucketed/Contained.

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
make sure you and whoever involved in containing him to wear Scrambles
you must wait for him to cool down and kill all his targets
bring a bucket and put it on his head to make sure the chain stop and he doesn't keep killing people
beam him and cuff him
take him to his CC and fix the blast door to make sure he doesn't leave it
