What can you bring to the Global Occult Coalition:
Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?:
Firstly, I would simply like to help out. Since the GOC is a new addition to the server, I would like to assist in its development with whatever I can. I have always found enjoyment in assisting people with stuff, so I believe this would make extremely motivated to assist. Secondly, I wish to create quality RP on the server and I see The GOC as a perfect oppertunity to do so. Thirdly, I would like to grow inside the community to become a respected member. If I were to join the GOC and be successfull in doing so, I believe it would help me with this.
Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?:
After WW2 (Seventh Occult War), the GOC (Previously known as the Allied Occult Initiative) wanted to get a better insight and overview of all the anomalies. During this time, the SCP Foundation was already created, but was more of a private organization. Since the AOI did not trust a single country, they decided to create the GOC from 108 different anomalous/occult organizations.
What does the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, and PTOLEMY Divisions specialize in and give an example of some functions they do:
PHYSICS: Members of the PHYSICS Division specialize more in the frontline combat. They are similiar to Foundation's MTF regiments. They Capture/Neutralize anomalies, observe and/or investigate these anomalies. The PHYSICS Division splits off into 2 arms, which are the Assessment Team (Specialize in Observing and Investigation of Anomalies) and the Strike Team (Specialize in Combat and Assault)
PSYCHE: The PSYCHE Division specialize in the diplomatic side of the GOC. They make sure to keep the peace between the GOC and other organizations/paranormal powers.
PTOLEMY: The PTOLEMY Division is focused on R&D (Research and Development). In this Division, they have Scientist who focus on new technologies and Quartermasters, who focus on weapons to food.
What Are the Global Occult Coalition's goals?:
The Goal of the GOC is to neutralize all the anomalies in the world. They follow the fivefold mission Statement, which is visible in the Pentagram in their emblem.
The Fivefold Missions
Survival: The GOC focuses on the safety of mankind, making sure to protect everyone against anomalies. This mission is the most important one and takes priority over the other 4 missions.
Concealment: The GOC makes sure to keep the knowledge of these anomalies a secret to prevent mass panics and mass casualties amongst the civilian population.
Protect: The GOC protects humans, both operatives of the GOC and civilians. They make sure to do this if it doesn't go against the first two missions.
Destruction: The GOC makes sure to destroy the anomalies to make sure the anomalies do not harm anyone. Any anomaly could be a risk to a human.
Education: The GOC expands their knowledge about these anomalies and study them, aslong as it doesn't go against the other four missions.
Please explain The Seventh Occult War:
The Seventh Occult War occured during WW2. The Seventh Occult War started when the Allied Occult Initiative found out about a 'Doomsday-Project' from the Ahnenerbe Obskurakorps. This Doomsday-Project was an attempt to finish a ritual which could change the outcome of the war in the favor of the Nazi's. This ritual was named 'Rite of Solomon', later gaining the designation SCP-3457. This ritual required 7 keys, which would give the human race supernatural powers. The Nazi's hoped to rewrite this ritual so only Germans could gain these supernatural powers. Throughout the war, 6 keys were recovered, however the last key remained unfound. As the war slowly started to go against Germany's favor, Konrad Weiss (Obskurakorps Director of Advanced Research and Applied Archaeology) decided to produce the 7th key himself, before scrapping all "Jewish Art" in favor of "Aryan Magic". He instructed his scholars to design 9 new keys. This attempt proved to be successful, giving him the resources to perform the ritual. Luckly, in 1944, The SCP Foundation captured Konrad Weiss along with details of the ritual. During interrogation, Weiss gave up information which allowed the Foundation and the Allied Occult Initiative to stop the Obskurakorps from finishing the ritual and ending the war.
What makes the Global Occult Coalition different in in-comparison to the other groups within the SCP-universe in your view?:
In my view, The GOC is the only group wanting to destroy the SCP's instead of containing them or weaponizing them. Whilst doing this, they are not afraid to commit warcrimes in the progress. Their ultimate goal is shared by the Foundation, which is to protect the human race from these SCP's.

What can you bring to the Global Occult Coalition:
| Activity One of the major things I could bring to the GOC would be my activity. I have alot of time I can invest into the server again, which means I can be active on the GOC job whenever it needs to be. Professionalism One of the skills I could bring to the GOC would be my professionalism. I have invested alot of time into the server, making sure to stay respectfull to everyone and to ensure to show mature behavior. Whilst I do admit I sometimes do a couple of goofy things, I always ensure these things are not mingy in any shape or form or harm anyones RP experience. Skills Lastly, I could bring a large variety of skills to the GOC. Mentioned above, 2 things I could bring is Activity and Professionalism, however despite these 2 things, I could also bring Leadership, Respect and Maturity to the team. I am a mature individual who knows how to follow orders and to take leadership when needed. |

| Childhood On the 24th of August, 1960, Alex Daniels was born in a small town located in the South-Western part of the Netherlands. He had a relatively calm childhood, most of the times he was home alone with his mother, whilst his dad worked in many diffrent countries due to his occupation. Going to school, Alex was a well behaved child. He didn't show many intrests in making friends and prefered to work alone most of the times. He had no love intrests, mostly being alone. |
| Education After finishing Highschool, Alex went to a culinary school, wanting to become a chef. During his time at the culinary school, Alex fought depression and felt incredebly lonely. After passing his first year, Alex found out that this was just not his thing. At the age of 19, Alex was forced to move to the United States due to his dad's occupation. Whilst trying to find a job or an education, he was approached by a recruiter for the United States Air Force. Alex wanted to give it a shot and somehow managed to pass, enlisting in the USAF. |
| Military Career During his time in the military, his depression got ever so slightly better, but it was far from gone. Alex focused on improving, but struggled mostly with communication, but excelled in his weapon mastery, quickly gaining alot of knowledge regarding weapons. Some of his squadron operatives bullied him for being a nerd regarding this, however Alex shrugged it off. Alex tried to climb the ranks, trying his best, but it took him almost 4 years to get to the rank of Senior Airman. On the 9th of December, 1997, Alex was deployed with a small squadron to perform a training excersice at the Bittern Lake reserve, located in Saskatchewan, Canada. Not known to Alex at the time, this mission would be his last in the USAF. |
| The Incident Upon arrival at the Lake, locals warned the squadron of a warped man who would routinely kill individuals and would leave their bodies out to decompose. The squadron shrugged off the story as a town myth, however Alex started to think about it alot, keeping him up at night. During a scouting of the area, they heard faint sounds in the distance. All of a sudden, one of the squadron members screamed, then followed with dead silence. Alex turned around to see the warped man standing over his friends body, whispering to him "pe misto". Alex screamed and tried to flee, but tripped on a rock and hit his head on a tree branch, passing out. When he woke up, he was laying on a bed. Alex looked around the room to see a man standing over him, it appeared he was wearing a white/blue camo uniform with a medical patch on his shoulder. After drinking some water, another man walked in the room, dressed more formal, wearing a nice three piece suit with a bunch of medals attached to his chest. After interviewing Alex about the incident and explaining a bit about the GOC, Alex was offered to join them. After partaking in a test, which asked questions regarding the UN and what the officer explained about the GOC, Alex barely managed to pass. During a phyiscal excercise, Alex almost passed out but managed to pull through. After passing the entire thing and enlisting as a UNGOC Private, Alex was scared yet curious to start the battle against the unknown... |
