Hey so it's currently a work in progress so is it okay if i give a TLDR here for the PAC?

The long story short is that this is a semi-ordinary GOC Soldier that had a kid, his son diagnosed with leukemia was really into superheroes and thought of his father as a superhero, the son ended up passing away but made his dad promise to wear a cape like superman or similar. His father got permission and decided to wear the cape to honor his sons wishes.
