Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community?:
Yes, I have previously been lucky enough to moderate Minecraft servers where I have gained ranks up in managerial positions and even aided in creating FTG roles which would be equivalent to HR roles in which the roles included, training, interviewing and handling any personnel issues.
Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?:
The only type of serious roleplay I really was a part of was a whitelisted FiveM server. But I understand that creating a immersive experience lets people have great fun on server, but more-so important, knowing when and how to break that immersion to convey important messages is integral to the player experience.

I am able to be on for several hours a day, I am usually on for at least 2 hours everyday
Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?:
I'll be honest, the content and players on the server have kind of just sucked me in. I want to be a bigger part of the server to be able to interact with more people. I believe this is a great way for me to meet more of the community and expand my skill set even more-so than something like attending a course or seminar could ever do.
What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?:
I believe my experience on Minecraft servers in managerial positions would definitely help on the server. I also believe my outgoing personality has contributed to the community sense and the amount of people I have met, had fun, interacted, created scenarios with is more than fingers I have on my two hands. Even though my time on the server is shorter than most I believe that the friends I can make and the history I have behind me can make me work as part of a bigger than than imaginable to myself at this moment.
