I'm a good leader:​

Within my time as a GSD Captain and Sergeant, I have learned personnel leading skills, that would benefit
the Council's success with orders being given around site, and the general well fare of the site.
Because i lead my subordinates well, i think that my presence in the OSA team, and being the O5's right hand
would benefit everyone.

I can complete my objectives with as much success as possible:​

Same as the section before, being a GSD captain has taught me planning and organization skills
that will only help.
Leaving GSD alone, being an IA/DEA/MTF, Made me learn and adapt and grow in order to complete objectives.
extending it to the OSA area, a part of the OSA responsibilities are to enact orders from the O5 Council,
So someone who can achieve objectives with maximum success, will only help to the council's objectives.

I Can Manage Personnel Well:​

As i stated before, i was forced to adapt to the roles i had, in order to be a good, functioning member
of said group.
and one of the qualities i had to have in order to stay in my position, was to learn how
to manage people well and plan tactics well.

In my opinion, i think a bit different then others, which can offer a new, perhaps better point of view that could benefit site command

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:​

Authorizing AA​

In a case of a mass breach, OSA are trusted with calculating the situation
and authorizing Advanced Armory if deemed that AA is needed to fight the breach.
Of course if any site command/site administration are present, they have priority over calling it out.
How ever, OSA and ECA, have the authority to authorize AA in times of crisis

Authorizing Mass Termination​

In Cases of normal/massive breaches, if a large D-Class escape is happening and could potentially interfere with
the recontainments efforts, and no SC/ECM+/ECA are present, OSA can authorize mass termination of D-class
past airlock.

Initiation/Pitching In About Preforming a Site Wide Lockdown​

In large scale code two/three/five, OSA are to discuss with site administration about initiating
Site wide lockdown to help combat the current situation

Helping With A-1 Scouting And Enlisting​

Because of A-1's relations to the council, OSA, while not having a direct authority to
recruiting A-1, they can help with the recruitment process and provide opinion on
possible candidates from observations.

Managing A-1​

Since A-1 are trusted with protecting the O5 and OSA, the overseer assistants have the authority
to manage and utilize A-1 for the council's needs, either if its for taking out personnel who are
spreading classified information, escorting the overseer assistants so they could roam around the site safely.
As well as utilizing A-1 for F3 protection or general stuff that could be dangerous for the assistant

Managing Information Breaches​

As a CL4, with direct connection to the most classified personnel on site, letting the council operate
the info breaches, not only making the assistant role useless, as they assist the council, it could also
hurt the O5's reputation/secrecy, so letting the OSA manage the breaches, is wiser, and done much more frequently.
of course if the breach is a very bad (couldnt come up with better wording), the council could take place, as they have
more tools to deal with the info breach.

General Site Management​

Because of their connection to the high ranking personnel on site, the OSA can manage the site
in cases where site administration isn't needed/present, or generally manage the site in order to keep
it running accordingly
​

Carrying Out Orders From The O5 Council​

Since their main goal is to assist the O5 council, and council members leave floor 3 pretty rarely,
OSA's might be requested to carry out tasks or requests from the council member, whether its for observation
purposes, or just stuff the council needs to have done, without leaving floor 3 and potentially putting their life at risk
or just exposing themselves possible harm.

Being A Representative For The Council​

The OSA's can act as representatives of the council across site, preforming investigations, preforming observations,
and generally being the seeing eye of the council, and reporting stuff back to the council.

Authorizing F3 Access for personnel​

Since OSA's are the closest to the O5, and stay there most of the time, it only makes sense they can authorize access
to floor 3. of course it has to be with reason, and could also invite personnel into floor 3 for whatever reason they need them to be there

Preforming Observations​

The council could request OSA's to preform observations and report back to the council with information.
and of course could act as a place of authority in some places​

-Closing HCZ (sec/prim) BD
-Closing PW BD
-Manning The AA Door
-Opening/Closing BS
(most likely wont happen since in C5 OSA's will stay in F3)

polaris was born on the 12th of august on ████
he went to ███ elementary school, not being a good student, not being a bad student.
he had his ups and downs with his life, gone through some stuff.

and eventually started dating.
couples as couples do, they went through everything together.
from death to life
to friendships and heart breaks.

Both graduated school, with fairly good grades.

she went to collage, and majored criminology and minored social work, not much to say about that.

however, "Polaris" went to law school, wanting to become a lawyer
to have his thirst for justice satisfied
to feel like he has a purpose
to have a reason
a reason to live.

trying to leave this behind, he dove into his work, putting more hours
putting more efforts, just to keep his mind busy.

My experience with seeing you as captain is not great as i've seen you not only info breach. But also your ability in that position comes into question with a specific incident involving a cadet and you (or another captain) metagaming your own deaths as grounds to job ban a cadet.

and thanks for telling me about stuff that could use improvement in my application, and just to finish, from what i was told, job bans are an OOC matter, so if you die you can still preform the ban, again, as far as i was told.
and the infobreach you are referencing was me saying "079 breach get that hacker"

While I can appreciate you moved to the US server what I observed of you as a captain was you playing no differently to a gensec guard. You have shown zero leadership skills to me and quite frankly I don't think you were captain long enough to consider it proper cl4 experience. You can't have been captain for more than a couple weeks.
