Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
- Experience:
I have spent a lot of my time on this server and have put many hours it. I have seen many aspects of the server and have got to experience many of those aspects as well. However, there are still some aspects I am yet to experience and I feel like that could be achieved with taking the position of Site Advisor, as it would give me a more broad outlook on the Site. Above this, I am simply looking for new experiences while on-site that differs from what I have already partaken in. Having the chance to become part of Site Administration will help me better learn about all aspects of the site and have a greater experience while on-site.

- Helpfulness:

With the position of Site Advisor I would be able to better help decision-making and overall functions on-site as well as caring for the personnel within the Site. I wish to be able to provide the help that personnel needs at a moments notice and to be able to provide help to those higher up as well in case they ever need it. I also feel like i have provided at least some help within the site and hope that it has shown some helpfulness from me. I could provide the Site with what they need so long as it is within my abilities to provide it, and if not, then I will do my very best to help in any other way.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
- Activity:
As I have said previously I have spent around 5 Months on the server and put many hours into it, and I can continue to do this for the position of Site Advisor. There is not much that can keep me from getting on-site except for if I cannot get to my computer at that current time. If I am needed on-site then I will do my best to get on and will most likely be available to talk on externals most if not all of the time. I can do what I am asked as soon as I am on-site and will be active for any other orders to be complete.

- View on the Site:
In my judgement of the working on-site I will mostly take a neutral view of things, no bias will get anyone anywhere It would lead to more issues. The only good way to judge something is with both sides and no bias towards either. How would the site work normally if there was bias, it's what makes it function. However, this does not mean that there is indeed bias on-site, yet this can be dealt with and rectified if given the proper notice and time to change it.

- Work Ethic:
If I am given a task I will get it done whenever I can and in the quickest time. Multiple jobs will be ordered and done from most important to least important and paced out to reduce work load all at once and to reduce stress while doing said work. Even if the work cannot be met on the deadline I can still do it the best I can and have others help me with my work.

- Willingness to Communicate
I have no issues discussing subjects to personnel, and am always down for a conversation. If there is anything that needs to be discussed to personnel I shall happily do it as I believe it builds better relations between Departments and Site Administration. I believe that healthy relations between Departments and Site Administration as it makes communication easier and also decision-making.

- Strive:

I work to be the best I can possibly be, a small loss shall not keep me from completing a goal. Whether there's a hiccup with an order, or something happens on-site that hinders progress, that wont fully stop me from completing what needs to be done. Even if I'm shut down, I'll just come back for another round, and sure people may not listen but I'll keep going until they do.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
- Authorising Advanced Armoury during a Code 5 if the situation is dire enough for it, during a Code Black if it has not be authorised already, During a breach of SCP-008. As well as manning Advanced Armoury in order for NCO's to access it.
- Creating Monthly reviews for the Departments within Site 65 as well as observing each Departments performance on-site.
- Working with Department Leads to create better condition within each Department as well as partaking in meetings to discuss the Departments.
- Discussing with GOI's whether over comms or in person to create RP for these groups and the Foundation its self.
- Authorising sweeps if a Captain is on on-site to perform it.
- Following out orders given by Site Command.
- Documenting events that transpire on-site to help keep everything on the books.
- Discussing happenings on site to Site Command to better communication between the two groups.
- Making sure that no unneeded conflict occurs or no one joins into a conflict that has no involvement with them.
- Ordering the Site when a new SCP in found on-site to better understand it.

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
