(All are outdated, and my most recent RDM warn was appealed here [for those that can actually see it] and RDM Ban was appealed here)

How many hours can you be on everyday:

Depends if I have lectures but I can usually be on for like 4-5 hours regularly, should always be during peak time as well.

Do you have any previous experience as a Gamemaster/Event Manager in a community:

I do not.

Do you have any advanced skills that would benefit the GM team, such as PAC-3, dupes building, art creation and others? If yes, give us your best example of putting that skill into practice:

Not exemplary or advanced in my opinion but I am a pretty big PAC guy. I like to personalize and exemplify the characters I play with PAC's that add more flare to them and such. I also just want to get into PAC's that aren't limited by the roles I play, if you let me unleash my power then I will be unstoppable. (I'm a grand experimenter)
I also personally like to do a little looking into of departments before I do anything with them, just to get an understanding of how they would act, what they would do and the sorts of positions that there are so that I can best represent them (and not make the lore buffs angry).

Please list one RP Enhancement for a Foundation Department/MTF:

- Spontaneous RP -
[MTF Nu-7/DEA] Recovery of an SCP such as SCP-076-2 from GOC base after they temporarily captured him during a Surface Breach. Provide an armored transport truck as well as a small containment cell to place SCP-076-2 within it so it can be safely transported back to Foundation. May also allow for commandeering by CI and provide fair back and forth over control of the transport truck. It's nothing too large or impressive, but it gets the job done, and whatever happens after 076-2 is in the box and how long he will stay out for... If the guy is a terrible driver then I won't be responsible for what happens if they crash.

- Planned RP -
[Research] A research study involving samples from SCP-9000-A-2/3, more specifically the Radioactive Fluid samples. Provide lead-lined hazmat suits to be used within the study of the chemical, providing responses to any actions done. Can also create consequences for messed up actions or just how the chemical would be believed to react. Research and discovery is important and should be rewarded with good and promising results, even if the researcher doesn't think so at first. It will be important for further research and other experiments such as this.

Please list one RP Enhancement for a Non-Foundation Group:

[GOC] Transfer of munitions to the GOC FOB. Arrive at the FOB as a PTOLEMY Logistics Quartermaster along with escort personnel to deliver munitions to the FOB for the utilization and the experimentation of the weaponry. Delivery to be handed off to PTOLEMY personnel stationed at the FOB for distribution to the other members after quality tests are done on the weaponry. The state of the weapons is undetermined but the Quartermaster did report that some of them looked a little rough around the edges, and it would be best to handle with care.

Small note about RP Enhancements
In terms of RP Enhancements, I'm of the mind that they are better as a spontaneous occurrence rather than planned to the fullest, otherwise it would just be better off as an event. Of course, I am not opposed to doing them with some planning, however I simply prefer them as spontaneous with others RP.

Please list one Event idea for the United Nations Global Occult Coalition:

- Machine Influence -
PNEUMA INSEC Operatives have set intel suggesting that, In the neighboring town of Martensville, an extremist sect within the Church of the Broken God have taken over the town and brought all of the townspeople into the church within the town. Intel also suggests that they have brought an anomalous artifact with them composed of a metal casing protecting an anomalous liquid metal within, though the intel does not describe much other than that. The sect members believe that by cleansing the flesh of the people with metal, that they will be closer to reviving their God, with this town being one of many planned.

The GOC of the 25th Arctic Corps are tasked with infiltrating the town and removing the sect members from the area, however they see fit. Their first main objective is to saver the civilians and to ensure that the Veil is not breached. The GOC present would have to find the best way of getting into the church through the town and take out the extremists before the situation devolves and the extremists release the anomalous material within the metal casing.

Their next objective would be to safely acquire the anomalous artifact that the extremists were using, bringing it back to their FOB for the PTOLEMY Division to look into and examine. What happens after that is up to those in Command at the 25th, but it's recommended whatever they decide, it would mean that the extremists can't get their hands on it again...

Please list one Event idea for the Chaos Insurgency:

- For Our Ascension -
A message relayed through to the Delta Command of the Sierra-7 Chaos Insurgency Cell would inform them of an anomaly located within Foundation Site-222 that has been labelled as a high priority for "the Plan". The Chaos Operatives within the Sierra-7 Cell are tasked with breaching into the facility to secure the anomaly and make it out alive. Though, so long as the anomaly makes it out, that last part is of little importance...
This task is quickly scribbled down onto a piece of paper, as per the usual for these people, and passed around to all members of Delta Command to ensure they know what they are doing.

They have the option of going in quiet, but... why would they do that if they can be as chaotic as they want, really earn the name "Madmen". The site is not all too secured regardless, as the anomalies there aren't see as very important, which would be quite insulting to the Insurgency. All they have to be careful of is not being lured in by the affects of the other anomalies around the site...

Please list one Event idea for the SCP Foundation:

- What Was that? -
A comms message suddenly appears over the Foundation communications line of Site-65, a rather panicked GSD Guard says that he saw a mysterious figure out of the corner of his eye walking into D-Block through the airlock, but when he went to check, there was no-one there. Most people just assumed he was going a little loopy or he needed to get checked at medical, however it didn't take long for other people to start reporting the same thing. All these reports and no one can actually identify who, or what is the figure they are seeing.

After a few minutes, SOP are alerted to an incoming Black Hawk landing in the compound zone of the Site. Upon responding, they find out that there are a few members of MTF Eta-10 here to assist with the investigation surrounding the unknown figure people have been seeing. Their ID's check out and are let into Site, though, discussion begins to brew within certain members of staff. How did these MTF member's know of these incidents when it has only just been happening and nothing has been reported outside of the site? How did they even know the nature of the incidents well enough to send such a specialized taskforce to come and deal with it?

After a short time of doubt and suspicion, someone reports that the announcement systems have been online and running for a while, seemingly since the first report came in of the unknown figure. Going to the main announcement systems reveals a small device attached to the microphone. Could this be the cause of the incidents? Were these members of the MTF behind this? Are they even Foundation staff...? What would be their true intention here?

Please list a Major Event or Map Change idea (Involving all sides and the entire server):

- Always A Problem In Vancouver -
Quick backstory: An unknown anomaly has been found on the outskirts of Vancouver, Canada. The anomaly itself is yet to be designated or identified, however what can be said for sure is that it is highly toxic and acidic. It has the appearance of a bubbling green liquid that emanates a thick red mist just above the liquid layer. MTF Beta-7 has been deployed to secure the area and to analyze the anomaly before more personnel arrive. Unfortunately, before MTF personnel could arrive, members of the civilian population close by have been affected by this anomaly, requiring quick medical aid.

- Foundation -
Groups Involved:
MTF E-11
MTF Nu-7
Research Department
Medical Department

Taskings
MTF E-11: Mobile Task Force Epsilon-11 is to be deployed to the temporary restricted zone to assist members of Mobile Task Force Beta-7 with the identification, containment and handling of the anomalous liquid. MTF E-11 personnel attending to the task are required to wear biohazard containment suits due to the nature of the anomaly at hand. Commissioned Officers of E-11, B-7 and Nu-7 are to join up and co-ordinate an investigation to find the source of the anomaly from within the lower systems of the city.

MTF Nu-7: Mobile Task Force Nu-7 is to be deployed to ensure that the temporary restricted zone is fully secured, keeping out unwanted individuals and to help with the affected civilians security. MTF Nu-7 are to be an extra pair of hands secondly, and are recommended to be wearing biohazard containment suits if acting close to the main restricted zone, otherwise are required to be wearing gas masks. If requested to assist MTF E-11 and MTF B-7, they are to send a small detachment with them for extra security.

Research Department: The Research Department is tasked with immediate scientific analysis of the anomaly with the equipment available to them at the temporary restricted zone. All research personnel are required to be wearing biohazard protection suits as they will be directly interacting with the acidic material. MTF Nu-7 will be tasked with ensuring the researchers security, and a small selection of MTF B-7 will be on hand to assist the researchers with their analysis or the acidic material.

Medical Department: The Medical Department is tasked with helping the civilian population with their afflictions, providing medical relief for them with the equipment available to them. Though they can only provide care for what they can, they must wait on research to uncover exactly what the anomaly is and what it is affecting the civilians with. Medical personnel will be required to wear gas masks when aiding the civilians, and will be required to wear biohazard protection suits if entering the main restricted zone.

- Global Occult Coalition -
Groups Involved:
PHYSICS
PTOLEMY
PSYCHE

Small backstory: Unknown to the Foundation personnel there, the GOC were also alerted to the incident by their High Command and ordered to investigate, having their own specialized equipment to protect against the anomaly. What they are not told is that the Foundation is already there...
Upon arrival they find the Foundation personnel already underway on their tasking, though none have gone into the lower areas yet.

PHYSICS: The PHYSICS Division has been deployed to the designated area, with Assessment and Strike personnel on standby.
The Assessment Team has been deployed to investigate and observe the UTE at the location, determining the response necessary from the GOC present. They will watch over the personnel tasked with researching into the UTE. They will also be investigating to ensure that no other parathreats are close by to the designated location.
The Strike Team has been deployed and will be on standby at the designated location as a reactive task force in the event of a parathreat within the area that requires it's response. In the meantime, the Strike Team will act as a secondary enforcement unit, ensuring that the location is suitably secured until such a time as they will react to any calls given.

PTOLEMY: The PTOLEMY Division has been deployed to conduct research onto the UTE at the designated location. With the equipment they have brought with them, they will attempt to identify the properties of the UTE in more detail and uncover a way of removing it from the designated location. The PTOLEMY Division will also be tasked with helping the afflicted civilians and helping them to cope with what they have.

PSYCHE: The PSYCHE Division was initially deployed to communicate with the unaffected civilian population to prevent further distress and prevent largescale coverage of the events. However, due to the discovery of the Foundation being present, the PSYCHE Division now has the tasking of communicating and co-operating with the stationed Foundation personnel to ensure that both of their operations go along smoothly and the Veil remains intact, or perhaps this would be a cover for their own actions...

- Chaos Insurgency -
Groups Involved:
Strike Team
Deep Covers

Small backstory: A message passed down to the Delta Command of the Sierra-7 Chaos Insurgency Cell informing them of a promising new anomaly that has been cited close by to Vancouver. The anomaly has been labelled as High Priority for the Plan, and a good tool for progression. Information also suggests that the Foundation has set up a temporary FOB around the anomaly that extends outside of the lower levels, and that there is a separate entrance on the other side that can be utilised, though it is rough and treacherous.

Strike Team: The main force of the Chaos Cell being sent to the location. Their main objective will be to secure a large sample of the anomaly for utilisation and development once returned. They will have the choice of going through the back entrance or the front entrance, both with their own difficulties. They can either choose to meander through a rough, treacherous and caved pathway, or can announce their presence to the Foundation presence and get the easier option of the sample, but risk a complete mission failure.

Deep Covers: The Cell has approved the use of a very small group of Deep Cover agents to track the Foundations movements, observing and identifying the people present and the danger they may pose. These gentlemen will be the first to report back that the UNGOC are also present at the location, and any action done may cause conflict with both the Foundation and the GOC. They can choose which cards they wish to play, but won't be able to control the hand's their opponents have and whatever they do may have drastic affects on the main force and their goal...

[
The Foundation Personnel will arrive first, with the CI arriving shortly after. The GOC will arrive around 20 minutes after the Foundation has arrived for timeline purposes]

What elements can make an event unenjoyable? Include one example, avoiding the typical answers if possible.
I don't exactly know what the 'typical answers' would be I'll be honest, but the elements that I can think of is an uninteresting plot, powerplay and player engagement.
An event should be interesting to pull in people to want to engage with it and not bore themselves by just standing around doing nothing. If you don't have anything interesting going on then people won't enjoy being around it and will just go do something else more worth their time.
If a GM is just powerplaying without any achievable goal for the players participating in the even then they are going to find the event uninteresting and boring. This could be something like an event SCP with no way of being contained just appearing and killing people without any sort of chance for the players to react or do anything.
Player engagement itself can be a large factor in making an event unenjoyable, not only for the players but for the GM's running the events as well. If people aren't engaging with the event then other people won't want to go and engage with it either, they'll assume it isn't worth interacting with. Also, if people aren't interacting with the GM, then they aren't going to be enjoying their time doing it and will just end up stopping it.

And finally, what do you wish to achieve by becoming a Gamemaster?

Improve my roleplay skills in ways that aren't limited by the usual jobs available, create some entertainment for myself and others, and to develop my PAC skills from what they are now. I'm here to learn and develop, and where best to do that than with the best we got. Short I know, my goals aren't that deep and will probably change over time. But, there is one thing that will never change.
Never let them know my next move :D
