Why are you applying for Security Captain?: I am applying for the Security Captain position because I want to take on a more important role within the General Security Department, supporting the department with administration, documentation, and new ideas. I want to set an example by holding this position, ensuring the department never falls behind, and improving it where needed. I enjoy showing leadership and courage, and I am interested in advancing within the General Security Department.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?: What makes me suitable for this position is my leadership, management, and oversight of the department, ensuring that all personnel within the General Security Department adhere to all established policies. Another reason I am suitable for this position is that I can handle situations under pressure and teach new GSD personnel about our policies and how GSD actually works.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?: The responsibilities of a Security Captain are to act as a superior within the General Security Department and be able to handle scenarios where Captains are needed. Another responsibility of a Security Captain is to put an example into the department by helping the department as a whole, try making new GSD personnel understand how to repair their mistakes instead of yelling at them, monitoring & managing the D block sector as the highest superior if no Majors(and above) are on site and lastly, it's an additional duty, but hosting tryouts for GSD personnel to achieve the Heavy Weapons License & Riot Control License.
These responsibilities should be followed by all Security Captains within the foundation, and those who can't follow these responsibilities then they cannot be called a Security Captain, as they lack knowledge of the responsibilities.
Please give some lore about your Security Captain character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Robert Titirezul was born in 1987, in a city called Cluj-Napoca, in Romania. He was a young boy by 1997, usually playing with his friends in the park, going out camping with them, and doing many stuff. Ronald Thompson was a boy who liked doing many things, but the main thing he was interested in was being a police officer, so by the time he reached the age of 19 years old in 2005, he went to the police academy in his city. After 1 and a half years, after he passed the academy, he became a police officer at the rank of 'Agent', a regular police officer for the Romanian Police Department. Everything went well until 2010, when he responded to a shootout call in his city. He managed to get shot during the shootout; however, thanks to the doctors & God that saved him that day, he recovered from his injuries, but then he decided to resign from the police force due to the trauma that happened during the incident. After 3 months, when he turned 23 in 2010, he & his family had a long discussion about moving somewhere else from this country, as he started to hate it. Obviously, his parents said no, yet he still decided to move out after some months. On 5th August 2010, he packed up his things and said his last goodbyes to his parents, but guess what, his parents didn't even care, as they didn't love him at all and they were strict, so they just said bye and gave him a careless look. He left the house with all the things he needed. He was a grown man now; he had to do something with his life, so he chose to move to Canada and become a Canadian, as he hated his country because there were many drug dealers, corrupt police officers, and even people who used to bully him for his looks. He really hated that country, yet he had no choice. By 9th August in the same year (2010), he arrived in Canada, in Toronto. He chose somewhere to stay and rented a place, then he changed his identity completely after 3 months of moving in. He changed his name from Robert Titirezul to Ronald Thompson. He was already used to the country after 1 month of moving in, and he even made new friends and a better family than the previous one, but something was missing: the love of his mother and his father. He had no choice; he was already far away from them. In 2021, his identity was fully changed, and he became a different person, but he still makes grammatical errors. In 2020, he joined the Canadian Armed Forces, and the CAF recruited him right away, as he had previous law enforcement experience in a different European country. In 2021, he passed the recruit phase and became a Private. He enjoyed being in the military and has done exceptionally well during his time within the CAF. In 2022, things changed. On the date of 5th January 2022, 3 unknown men with black military gear on them and with a weird logo gave him an invitation letter to a secret facility; then they left like the wind. He closed the door and decided to read through the invitation letter, and it said "SCP Facility Invitation Letter." It clearly stated that they were recruiting for professional security personnel for their facility, and they chose him based on his previous experience. There was a phone number on the letter, so he went to grab his phone and call the number. Someone picked up; it was a man with a mysterious voice. Ronald gave the mysterious man all the details that the mysterious man requested, so then the mysterious man asked Ronald to come to ███ █████████ by 3 AM alone with no weapons and everything. Ronald thought for a bit, because then he would go MIA in the CAF, but he didn't think it would go that bad, so he went to the place anyway. In there, 2 people cuffed & bagged him and brought him to an interrogation room, questioning him about his interest. After the interrogation, they put him into a holding cell for 1 day before giving him his news. The same military men with the black gear came to him and said, "Congratulations, son. You passed. You are now working for the security boys; you will need to keep the D block sector clear," they said... he didn't know what these things meant at first, but he said, "Okay". Afterward, they dragged him to the bunks, where a Security Captain introduced himself and provided every single piece of knowledge about the site and the department he would be working in. The captain said that the department is named "General Security Department", a part of Site-65. After the introduction, the Captain ranked him as a Cadet, and then the Captain asked him to get a codename; Ronald chose 'Tomato'. After 5 months of hard work within the General Security Department, he was promoted to the rank of Sergeant after passing an interview with Captain E. 'Analysis', where he then got more authority within D block and his job.
