Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community?:
In my 920 Hours of playing the game, I have been moderator on 2 servers and an Admin on another. I was tasked with things such as taking sits, using ULX Plugins efficiently to keep the server running smooth, looking at staff applications and helping new players to try and introduce them to DarkRP and explain the game to them. I have since moved from being an Ingame Moderator to a Console based, To help with manage and monitor the servers Performance.

Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?:
With almost 1k Hours, The majority of my time has been spent on Multiple different serious roleplay servers. I have spent alot of time on MilitaryRP and StarWarsRp. I have played of different SCP Servers, but nothing to this level. Along side alot of smaller Serious RP Servers.

Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?:
I want to be staff because, there are a lot of players and yet only a hand full of admins or mod can take sits, because what’s the point being on the server if you can't RP because of the minge's, I I’m willing to stop my RP and deal with players who don't like the rules and break them. Rule breakers think because an admin or mod is busy with something else they can RDM, and RDA but with my help, I will not only reduce that cause but almost stop them from ever doing it again. But being staff is not only do ban, kick, or jail players it’s to help other player enjoy their time on the server and have fun. That’s the point of this game Gmod to have fun in a video game and not ruin it for other players. I’m willing to put my 110% and help reduce players who think they don’t apply to the rules and put them in their place to where they follow and obey the rules.

What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?:
I strongly believe that i will uphold the integrity of the server, Not just within the rules of the server, But to making everyones RP experience a good one. I have met, seen and help alot of new players within Multiple RP communites and i Think i would have a good addition to the team. With all my past experiance with Running/Moderation completely different servers on different scales, I feel my experiance will show for itself.
I feel like everyone can bring a certain something to the server, And for me it would be my Experiance and non bias views.
I believe without hesitation that i bring my upmost best to the server.
Outside of Gmod i work for a High level Secruity company so i need to be Serious with everything i do and look at this indepth and as logical as it is possible without scrutiny, so from this i can happy say that i am more than capable of Bring my A Game to geing a great addition to the Team.

After reviewing your application my verdict is as follows;

Neutral
Reasons;
  • We have had 0 interactions that I can remember, as such I cannot ascertain your knowledge on rules and ability to roleplay, this does put into question if you can rolemodel the appropriate behaviours to our playerbase.
However, I do not think this should stop you from joining the team just because I have never interacted with you as you have the following good points;
  • Previous staff knowledge on other communities
  • Previous ULX Knowledge
  • Apparent dedication to ensuring the community is appropriately moderated to ensure a good environment for roleplay.
  • Has time to be active for a lengthy period of time, allowing for lengthy coverage.

I do however have one question, in relation to this quote exactly;

This is written as if you are a current moderator for a community utilising a RCON if I am correct here? could you confirm if you are currently part of another community.

I am not currently part of another community, it is for my own testing purposes. But it is not a running community/server. Just for educational reasons.
