Survival: The GOC has to protect the human race against all paranormal threats, and this mission takes priority over all other four.
Concealment: The GOC has to keep the knowledge of paranormal threats secret, as exposure of said threats could lead to mass panic and, eventually, massive casualties in the wider civilian population.
Protect: The GOC always tries to protect individual humans, both operatives and civilians, whenever possible, as long as it does not go against the first two previous statements.
Destruction: The GOC should not take any risk with the survival of paranormal threats, as the very existence of the anomalous could be a risk to the human race's survival.
Education: The GOC should always expand their knowledge of paranormal threats, and study said threats, as long as it does not go against the four previous statements.

What can you bring to the Global Occult Coalition?:
I have proven myself to be capable of producing interesting and quality documents for the departments that have employed me and am proud to say that senior personnel in the Foundation have reviewed them with praise. I personally believe that I do not need to belong to one of the RP driven departments such as Research in order to create engaging RP documentation. I can evidence this through two pieces I made as a Security Captain (Amnestics Shortage , Amnestics Overdoses) as I felt GenSec has an under-explored RP setting. By having this quality I am an ideal candidate to contribute to the GOCs RP footprint and would be an asset if I were allowed to have a hand in its writing.
I would also like to have a hand in formatting the initial archive and templates that the GOC will undoubtedly build. I would help achieve this through peer mediation with other GOC members so that we could mutually agree on an acceptable series of templates that are tailored to each of the different types of document we will need and organise them based on their clearance levels. This would allow the GOC to take advantange of a brand new archive and root all of its external documentation into a single hub, avoiding conflicting and overlapping formats.
Further; over the course of my time as combat personnel in Gensec I have learned from more experienced senior members to refine my attitudes and behaviours into something that is exemplary of a leader. I have greatly improved upon my ability to handle a command position and wield authority and this is evident in my ability to garner control over Gensec's CL1 and 2 staff, who without a whitelist or license to revoke have no reason to follow my instructions other than the mutual respect and positive reinforcement that I offer them.
During my time spent in Nu-7 I have had the opportunity to observe the common practices that take place from mission briefing all the way through to the execution of our objectives. A fundemental of our success is that Nu-7 leadership has cultivated a culture amongst their subordinates in which understanding the boundary of professionalism and casualness has become second nature. This allows the regiment as a whole to recognise the gravitas of competitive situations and respect comms purity, only relaying tactically relevant information while also recognising when they can stand easy and have fun, which is ultimately why we are all here.
Another thing that qualifies me for a position in the GOC is my ability to recognise training shortfalls and room for improvement, and to organise a management response that develops them. During my time spent as a Gensec Captain I personally held the belief that the RRT training was orientated more towards studying the COE than equipping personnel with the knowledge to perform their duties to a high standard. This inspired me to draft a new RRT Handbook, RRT training narrative and training Questionnaire so that the RRT units were more informed when fulfilling their duties. By implementing this training regime I have demonstrated my ability to identify any areas of improvement that could develop within the GOC and coordinate a regime to rectify them.
Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?:
A position in the GOC has intrigued me as an opportunity to explore a different main gameplay loop as my ultimate ambition in SCP-RP is to climb a department or regiment that can offer me an administrative position while also allowing me to engage in a combat role. It is my intention to use such a position to ensure that the RP mission objectives of the GOC are properly translated into the GOC playerbase so that they can take their rightful place as the fundemental axis of the organisations interactions with the Foundation and the Chaos Insurgency. I would ensure this happens by working with other GOC members to enshrine the organisations values and RP motives into in-game documentation that is publicly and readily available to all members. I expect that this would be a continual documentation process that requires routine maintanence to ensure that the GOCs RP meshes comfortably with game balance to find a common ground in which the GOCs interaction with the other factions can be competitive but not overbearing enough to impede on their gameplay and RP loops.
This would be done foremostly by establishing the RP relation between the factions by identifying areas in which the GOCs mission objectives agree or disagree with the mission objectives of the Foundation and CI, forming the initial basis of interactions. Secondly a retrospective analysis would need to be done post-interaction to see if there is any room to promote fair gameplay and relay this information to Server Leadership.
I am also applying to the GOC as I believe they can accomodate me as a combat oriented player. The GOC is by nature a militaristic organisation and I expect there will be ample opportunity to compete against the other factions in open battle, infiltration and espionage. My enthusiasm for these elements of gameplay have seen me thoroughly apply myself to the runnings of GenSec, the operations of Nu-7 and the cloak-and-dagger of Intelligence.
Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?:
The GOC was formed in the aftermath of the Second World War from the remnants of defecting Allied, Soviet and German occultists, creating what is effectively a paranormal international police force. They are an organisation that shares a similar mission objective as the Foundation in that it wants to preserve the human race against what it defines as "threat-entities". The two organisations differ, however, on how they wish the achieve this mission objective - the Foundation intends to contain anomalies whereas the GOC intends to outright destroy them. This attitude is reflected in the "Fivefold Mission", a five-stage mantra that operates as sacrosanct priorities that all GOC operatives must have at the center of their thoughts when executing GOC duties.
What does the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, and PTOLEMY Divisions specialize in and give an example of some functions they do?:
The Physics division is the militaristic branch of the GOC and operates similarly to a Mobile Task Force - their objective is to observe, capture and destroy threat-entities. The two main arms of this Division are the Assessment Teams (Investigation & Observation) and Strike Teams (Combat & Assault).
The PSYCHE Division is the diplomatic arm of the GOC, who serve as liaisons with the paranormal community, and try to keep peace with other paranormal powers.
The PTOLEMY Division are the support arm of the GOC. They vary from scientists and researchers from Research and Development who develop new technologies to Quartermasters, who oversee logistics from weapons to food.
What Are the Global Occult Coalition's goals?:
The responsibilities of the GOC are to attempt to scout and study anomalies as far as educating themselves on how to destroy them and nothing further. This means infiltrating GOIs such as the Foundation and CI to gather quality intelligence that can reveal the location and destruction methods of contained 'SCPs', while minimising human casualties wherever possible. It is therefore the case that the GOC will not look to cause open conflict with GOIs for the sake of resources, territory or political dogma as this would conflict with the values of the Fivefold Mission. Open conflict with GOIs would therefore be strictly limited to the defence of the GOC and any and all innocents.
The GOC may decide to perform aggressive deep-raids of the Foundation or the Chaos Insurgency, but this would be done only under the provision that the human toll of the raid would be significantly less than the destructive potential of the targetted threat-entity, if it were to breach containment.
Please explain The Seventh Occult War:
The Seventh Occult War was effectively a shadow-war that occured alongside World War 2, possibly predating World War 1, including some of the 108 occult organisations that would later form the GOC. There is technically no recorded canon or consensus on what actually happened during the war, but some events can be described from individual accounts: The shadow-war was fought over posession of SCP-3457, a set of occult workings commonly referred to as The Rite of Solomon. When the workings are combined SCP-3457 is completed and summons a "Demiurge" - a being capable of bending reality - under the control of the combiner. The Nazi government intended to obtain SCP-3457 and use it to eradicate all human beings of a non-aryan origin and instill themselves with occult abilities. A combined operation was launched by the Foundation and the Allied Occult Initiative (GOC) to defeat the Obskuracorps and resulted in success, ending the Seventh Occult War.
What makes the Global Occult Coalition different in comparison to the other groups within the SCP-universe in your view?:
The GOC is arguably the most selfless orgnisation in comparison to other groups, with particular regards to its mission objectives and the Fivefold Mission. It is unreservedly designed around the protection and preservation of the human race against anomalous threats and does not compromise its mission to indulge its members in personal gain. In comparison to other groups it has fewer moral grey areas and these only exist if it must calculate inflicting human losses in the present in order to prevent human losses in the future.

Biography:
IKIT1113/2713 Codenamed 'Eidolon' began as a young officer in the British Armed Forces, specialising in planning campaigns and battle tactics. While on navigation operations in the deep ancient forests of the United Kingdom his platoon of trainees encountered a hostile Unknown Threat Entity, combat ensued between his platoon and the UTE but the soldiers' weapons were ineffective against its anomalous form. The result was a massacred platoon with multiple men critically wounded, with Eidolon suffering life threatening injuries to his skull and limbs.
Unknown to the platoon, the GOC had dispatched '[CLASSIFIED] [CLASSIFIED]' - The Poor Fellow Knights to the woodland on search and destroy operations against the UTE, who terminated the UTE using weapons beyond his comprehension and found his broken body. He woke weeks later in an intensive care facility with a signficantly fragmented memory of his past and a equally significantly altered body - a cybernetic right eye and right arm.
Upon learning that the UTE he encountered that day was only one of many different types of threat entity, Eidolon concluded that his efforts would be best spent in the ranks of The Poor Fellow Knights. These soldiers of the occult and the "GOC" that they served seemed to be the only organisation with the knowledge and equipment to protect people from these "threat entities" - conventional militaries and their redundant equipment were simply incapable.
After meeting with High Justicar [CLASSIFIED] and Senior Exorcist [CLASSIFIED], he convinced the Order to allow him to join, citing that he had no memories of his past life and no one from his past who would recognise him. So began his arduous campaign as a young Knight of The Reformed Holy Order of The Knights Templar.
