What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I am a good and experienced roleplayer, which I think can be suggested through my prior CL4 role as a Gensec Captain and my current role as a UNGOC LT, both which made me better both at roleplaying as a high CL role. I have also created (and participated in) many different RP scenarios as my time on the server with, all of which I have personally really enjoyed being a part of. I have previously held a CL4 Foundation role (GSD Captain) which let me learn more things about the Foundation and what RP that occurs, my current role as LT also has allowed me to create good RP (and get better at it) as well as learn how to command people when necessary. On top of all of this ability to create good roleplay, I am also very cool.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
| Creating quality RP scenarios | Although any high role should be creating quality RP, a role such as OSA has a high position and a direct connection to the highest members of the Foundation, and therefore is able to do more, and should. |
| Completing O5 orders | The specific orders that an OSA can be made to complete vary, but one of an OSAs main jobs is to complete them - from what I am aware these can include projects with other departments, investigations, document creation, and more. |
| Organising situations involving O5 | It is a portion of an OSAs role to be an assistant - which includes being the first line between the O5 and some other members of the facility, organising meetings, speaking to them when no O5 is available, or picking up documents to be taken to the overseers. |
| Using/Assisting A-1 to complete orders | A-1 is also given orders from the O5 which OSAs sometimes can assist with. An OSA may also be able to utilise members of A-1 to complete an order from O5 if necessary. |
| Authorising AA when necessary | Sometimes a breach is bad enough to require extra firepower, an OSA has the ability to authorise AA for certain MTF members to use. |
| Acting as a representative for the O5 council | Less of a duty more of an existence, OSAs must always act as a representative for the O5 council when on site (both physically and as a model to positively show the O5 as good). |
| Handling crime | Although IA will cover the FLC being broken the majority of the time, it is still a portion of an assistant's job to report FLC violations - especially ones of a high grade. |
