Firstly, I would like to receive this role as I believe this would be one of the best ways to get back into CL4 as a whole after an extended break. It would provide me with sufficient experience and knowledge to (maybe) later down the line I could continue into Senior CL4 positions. I believe the department is currently not lacking in junior CL4 personnel, however it could always use more Inspectors as they're almost always required now days, at least that's what I've been noticing. I think this is the perfect mix of passive & combative RP that can help me reintegrate into the server in a more sufficient matter.

Even though it was quite literally years ago, I believe my previous Senior CL4 roles hold a significant weight over why I'm suitable for ISD Inspector. When I was a Site Manager, It was obviously a passive RP oriented role, however when I was a UNGOC CPT it was just as much combative as passive oriented. During the times when I was in these roles, I've managed to perfect (I would think) the perfect balance between combative and passive roleplay, managing others and being able to juggle quite a lot of tasks at the same time, as well as delegating them as required. I am capable of managing difficult situations while staying true to the fact that no one is perfect and everyone can make mistakes, including myself. I am a person who likes to help people as much as possible, therefore I believe that ISD Inspector would be one of the most amazing experiences I could ever possibly experience. I've also been told by multiple current Inspectors to apply for this role, therefore I believe that they may think I am suitable for it.

Someone who is available to assist in situations where an unbiased, firm, BUT helpful opinion is needed. No one is perfect, everyone can make a mistake, but Inspectors are there to help all personnel below them. Someone who receives this role should be able to recognize where someone is wrong, and not immediately have an outburst but try their hardest to educate the person on why their reasoning might be flawed. You need to be able to create complex RP situations out of basically nothing if it comes to that, something, which I believe I am capable of due to my short but compact time as a Trial GM back in 2023~, as well as the aforementioned Senior CL4 positions.
As I said before, I don't believe myself to be perfect, therefore even an Inspector must recognize that sometimes they may makes mistakes, which is perfectly okay. As long as the power doesn't get to the person's head, they are able to learn and adapt at all times, something which should happen at almost every possible scenario while playing as this role.

Truth be told, since I've been back (few weeks) I've only written a few "major" (if you can call it that) documents. I do believe that I've written quite a lot of documents before I departed in 2023, however all of those are obviously lost and recovering them would take insane amounts of work. I know for a fact that my way of determining what makes a document "good" or "excellent" is quality over quantity. I believe that people should try their hardest to make their documents (investigations, arrest reports, etc.) as detailed as possible. I genuinely do not care if someone writes 1 report a week as long as that report is of the best possible quality that could be produced, with indexes, footnotes, descriptions to the fullest excent, etc.

Main responsibilities vary, however some include, but are not limited to;
- Training of new ISD Agents Operatives - Making sure they understand all duties, objectives and everything else that might come with the role.
- Creating RP scenarios, whether it might start as a small scale and escalate into a larger scale, or stay at a small scale scenario (This is mostly expected from all CL4 level personnel to be completely honest)
- Creation of new operations for the entirety of the Internal Security Department
- Handling of any disputes / issues that CL3 ISD personnel might come across that they're not able to handle, this includes actual disputes against arrests / fines and / or complaints against said CL3 personnel.
- Helping out wherever it is possible and is requested by any personnel, not just ISD.

As I said before, I believe my previous CL4 experience is the major point of why I'd be an good pick for Inspector. Even though I only lately rejoined to the server, I've already been noticed enough to get noticed and get promoted to Investigator (not a big task, I recognize it), however the major point I would like to bring up is that several Inspectors have recommended me to apply for this role. This gave me the confidence to write the applications mostly, as I still believe there's a lot to learn for me, but perhaps with this role It would be easier to learn all the new things / modifications that's been done to the RP while I was gone. Of course, my Site Manager and UNGOC CPT roles come in as a big clutch here as well in my opinion - The reasonings for these are already explained above in "What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?" question.
