What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
Firstly experience, I have worked previously in a similar capacity to an OSA with that being as an ECA, this therefore allows for me to have a understanding of how an assistant performs their duties on behalf of their respective employers, simply just in my case as an ECA, so really I am close to understanding OSA already aside from the fact I just need to apply some minor changes to account for the differences in the structure of how being an OSA is, but aside from that I am already familiar.
I am also a creative and knowledgeable. In some cases you are able to removes situations with simply just using your knowledge but sometimes it’s not that simple, maybe you still need that knowledge but you just have to apply it in a different way, this is what I would say I am also well skilled in doing, bluntly I can adapt in unique and diverse situations.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
Representing the Site Insepctorate(O5 Council) and if need be attending situations on their behalf in your capacity as their assistants
Completing orders that have been assigned and created by the Site Inspectorate, ensuring that they are completed and delivered promptly.
Acting as a RP leader as expected for any cl4 role, meaning that you are expected to be capable and prepared to lead and organise RP that others can be involved with, and experience joy from.
In cases where SA or FCOM are not present you may be required to authorise the use of AA, or be asked if an SCP can be breached passively etc.
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
I have attempted previously to apply for OSA and once have had an interview which I failed. But really my main reason for wanting to apply is the fact that I have been an ECA on and off for roughly a year, and really I have worked in various cases with OSAs, and that has made me even more interested in seeing how they work for myself which I can find out by becoming an assistant myself.

Ronan was born in St Bartholomew’s hospital in London, to his parents Dave and Martha Saint. His parents were very busy individuals with his father being a doctor of astrophysics and his mother being a surgeon, due to this fact Ronan was somewhat neglected throughout his upbringing and due to this fact from an early point in life realised that the only person he could depend on was himself solely. With that in mind Ronan dedicated himself to his academics, and worked his way into gaining a Doctorate in theoretical physics before taking on research fellowship, at the University where his father had worked previously.
It was at this time that he begun to realise that for a man such as his father, who had worked effortlessly on his research he didn’t seem to have a lot to show for it. This was before he realised that his father had not been fully truthful with what he did. When he realised this, he did not immediately confront his dad but instead tried to find a way to try and make his father introduce him to the work he did. He the later on found out that his dad was an executive researcher of the SCP Foundation, and that he focused on paranormal astrological anomalies. His father was able to help him find a placement in the foundations as a researcher working on a similar field to that of his fathers where he worked on developing his understanding of paranormal anomalies.
