What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I don't feel I am the best candidate for it but I feel I am a good candidate for the job as I have experience in CL4 roles and various departments so I know a little or a lot of each department which is helpful when being an assistant to the Council as you will be needed to know information about all the departments to assist in certain ways when required, I also heard about the new program where assistants can help with documents I can help with google sheets okay mostly fixing the code and that as I'd always fix that in other servers when the leadership break it often... so I can provide that to the new program as well. I also feel I am active to some degree as I come on for maybe 4-5 days in a row then take a few days break so I don't get burnout as that was a major issue I had when in Nu-7 so I am active but not overly active to not need an LOA from burnout. I'm also good at helping people who come up to me and ask and that is useful for this role as they will be needed to help Department leadership or members with questions about certain subjects.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
The role of an Overseer Assistant is various reasons I will start with the obvious one in the name and that is to assist the Council in anyway they require that could be giving out an order on behalf of the Council or supervising a project on their behalf and many more reasons that could do with assisting the Council. A second task an Overseer Assistant has is to be the eyes and ears for the Council and report back any concerning or wonderful news like a department has gone rogue or a CL4 has done exceptional. A third job that an Overseer Assistant has is to conduct interviews on foundation personnel this could be form getting their opinions on the department or the foundation as a whole and any other little questions the Council requests. An Overseer Assistant can also enforce the FLC as any other CL1+ can of course as an Overseer Assistant you will expected to follow the FLC very closely to the letter unless instructed otherwise by an Overseer. Overseer Assistants also work with Alpha-1 mutually to assist each other in what they may need help with. Overseer Assistants can also authorise certain tests on behalf of the council and other documentation.

Name: Bella 'Moon' Rossi
Age: 24 Years old.

Backstory:
Bella was born in Rome and had a rather miserable childhood, Bella had lost their mother in childbirth due to the mother losing too much blood, Bella had always wondered where her mother is as the father refused to tell Bella as the Father blamed Bella for everything in regards to his wife's death. The rest of Bella's young childhood was normal they did well in school and didn't go to parties much as she wanted to focus on school and make a life away from her abusive father.
Bella would choose to go into criminal law for a year for her college education but instead became an Assistant for a law company this is where she got noticed by the SCP Foundation in which they got approached by the Council to work for them of course at the time she had no idea what kind of job as they just said Italian Military Assistant so from there Bella started learning all about the SCP Foundation while working as a Chef while learning until she passed the test by the Council to work for them in which she enjoyed doing as it was away from her father completely as she got transferred to Site-65 she finally felt she was safe.
Bella of course suffers with trauma from her childhood and regularly goes to a Canadian therapist from outside the site to ensure that her life and work does not clash as she wants to look the best she can for the Council to not have any reason to be thrown back to Italy with her father, so she likes to follow rules to ensure she has no chance of being fired.
Her time as a Chef was very chaotic she would constantly see CI raids going to Floor 3 and breaches crashing past her kitchen she was constantly in danger but did not care as she safe from her biggest pain in her opinion being the father. So Bella always showed courage in stressful situations and also reported missuse of SCP-294 to the Internal Security Department.
