What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
What makes me a good candidate for the Assistant role in general is my ability to help my superiors with tasks they require to be done. This can mostly be seen from my duties within DEA, where I have made spreadsheets and documents for the Department to do operations, I have the CL4 experience to know what is expected of me by my superiors I have always done my duties to my full ability most creditable proof of this is where I held my spot of Security Captain for three months and have made a swift advance to DEA Manager by excelling in my duties as a Jr CL4 so this will show you that you can trust me to do what is expected of me once I am told what you want done to the letter. I provide help to new players who ask for my help as an Assistant will do a lot as they are there to answer questions about various policies or even the FLC. I also have a lot of activity which I feel I won't need to prove as most of the ECMs have seen me around a lot but if requested will post my vtime which will show my large amount of activity which for the role will show I will be able to assist in many operations that I will be involved in and hopefully swiftly end any task that is put to me. Last reason I will say here is that I provide a lot of roleplay to people within DEA and push them to do more than just shoot things as this is meant o be roleplay not just shoot CI or D class simulator so how I have done this is encouraging them to make documents and rewarding them for such with praise and/or money, also in getting them to take part in our operations which are quite roleplay based as they aren't just shoot hostiles, like investigating departments and pursuing potential ORIA agents which is part of our current GM Event.

Following and executing the orders of the Ethics Committee to the best of your ability.
Ensuring all foundation personnel are following the Foundation Legal Codex and their department's policies.
Assisting Audits with or on behalf of the Ethics Committee.
Authorising researchers to test that require an Ethics Assistant.
Hosting and Assisting Tribunals for the Ethics Committee.
Being the person to go to before the Ethics Members to resolve and if needed forward it to the Committee.
Creating and being involved in roleplay for Omega-1, the Ethics Committee and in general.
Creation of documentation when requested by the Ethics Committee.
Conducting interviews on Class-D and Site staff.
Authorising Advanced Armoury and Mass Termination on behalf of the Ethics Committee.
Aiding Omega-1 and leading them in certain operations.
Being the eyes and ears for the Committee to report any departments that have extreme cases of unethical or FLC violations occurring.

Name: Bella 'Moon' Rossi

Backstory:
Bella was born in California in the United States of America. Her family had moved here from Venice, Italy. Bella's father died before she was born, so she only has her mother and her grandparents for family, but during her early adulthood, her grandparents had already passed, so she only has her mother now. Bella was always someone who wanted to report injustice in her young childhood and as a teenager. Her grades were not the best during her childhood. During her teenage years she chose to take up law school so she started studying law before she applied for college this would be what got the attention of the Foundation at a later date, so Bella had been a lawyer for many guilt and non guilty convicts but would strive as any good Lawyer for the solid evidence being present before asking her client if they wanted to take a plea deal on that charge, so Bella was an exceptional advocate for ensuring the law was being upheld with the correct procedures being followed by Law Enforcement.
Bella's personality is forgiving in the sense that if Bella sees someone has done something wrong and they admit their fault, she will pursue a less harsh punishment or none at all if it's so minor, Bella is also helpful to people when she sees someone in need this originated from her providing food for the homeless in her spare time when she saw them on the street cold and hungry so she would get them some food and a sleeping bag. Professional, Bella always has been professional in her time as a Lawyer, but does know when to take a joke and provide a joke she is no witch. Bella has a very calm temperament, she will rarely lose her mind and enter a stage of rage or panic in situations.
So Bella was recruited by the Foundation after one of her cases was a member of the Foundation as the defence she was representing, she was told she could pursue a much more excellent career in law if she won her case. This Foundation member was a Security Sergeant who had shot someone who was also armed with a firearm in their hand, so obviously Bella pled the case of self-defence for the Security Sergeant, of course at the time Bella had no idea her client was working with the Foundation was only informed after winning her case and being offered a job within the Ethics Committee to be a defence lawyer and upholder of the Ethics Committees policies and Foundations Legal Codex. Bella after she had accepted the job opportunity, was put into ISD for a year to learn the Foundations policies and law after which she was interviewed by an Ethics member to be officially made an Ethics Committee Assistant to continue her career in wanting fair justice with the evidence provided for people, which the Foundation wanted her for whether or not her client did it or not.
Bella's first assignment as an Ethics Committee Assistant was to be a defence lawyer for a Security Guard who was being prosecuted for the unlawful termination of a Class-D. This Class-D was a High-Risk inmate with a history of assaulting members of the General Security Department, so why did this Guard shoot the Class-D? Well what he told Bella is that he was trying to use an SCP that being SCP-035 without the order from the Senior Researcher so the Security Guard had shot him for trying to put it on his face, however a Security Officer there was a disguised ISD Agent and had arrested him for Murder, the Guard requested a tribunal then the case was given to Bella to be his defence lawyer, Bella made the argument that the Guard prevented a containment breach as the cell doors were broken so if the Class-D had put on this mask before a Engineer came to fix the door, SCP-035 would of breached and potentially go on to breach other SCPs in its nature when it does breach so the Guard was let off and the ISD Agent was warned for unlawfully arresting the Guard. Bella had won her case. Bella will continue to enjoy her career in ensuring the innocent are not punished, yet enforcing that the guilty are.
Bella does not currently have any medical or psychiatric issues at this time. The most amount of injury and diseases she has had are a cold and a broken hand from falling down a hill on a hike, she rarely suffers from a cold she has a strong immune system and her broken hand had healed a month early then a doctor expected showing her strong bone and immune system making her good for a very high chemical and high risk environment okay for her body.
