Why are you applying for internal security inspector:
I am applying for the role of internal security inspector as I feel I will be able to bring a calm level headed set of eyes to situations as I don't like to right away detain and arrest people. I want to be able to train new agents on how to act and perform their duties in a more respectful manner opposed to how many of them sadly do act. I want to start helping in the creation of roleplay as an Inspector to give the ISD more duties to perform while on site.
What makes you suitable for Inspector:
I feel my extensive activity and involvement in current investigations shows I am knowledgeable in how to act as a member of ISD even while no one is watching me as I was part of a large investigation into DEA and reporting it all to the Director Grayman. With my experience of creating roleplay as an ECA and DEA Manager, while I have been an Investigator I have always handled situations with people calmly and respectfully even while people attempted to make complaints about me for doing something their way, I'd always explain to the person handling the report why I did it this way and they would understand and let me on my way without punishment, so it shows that I don't tailor to everyone's personal emotions and follow the course of action that should be taken regardless of how upset someone may get.
What do you think describes an ideal internal security inspector?:
I think an ideal Inspector would be someone calm to handle situations without getting agitated and angry, someone respectful so they can talk to people without just starting to offend them on purpose, professional so that they are seen as a good example of what it is to be a member of Internal Security, kind so that you will treat everyone who you are involved with while doing your duties and work ethic this is due you should have the motivation and efficiency required while performing the duties to ensure you do not get sloppy which may result in issues for you and other parties. Another big part of being an Inspector is trying to create roleplay for the Internal Security so that they have some enjoyable roleplay to get involved in whomever from other departments may be also part of the roleplay.
How many major, Roleplay-serving documents have you written?
I have written a few major documents, two as DEA and I believe one as an ECA, the two for DEA so the first one was about paratech the CI had which I found as a Special Agent and wrote a document for the Committee and Council to review and then take their own course of actions about it, a second one was about ORIA had to make several documents about it and one major one about an RP event we had of going into their FOB to steal information. The one I did for ECA was one about a tribunal I can't remember the details on that sadly. Otherwise I have written many documents related to roleplay.
What are the Responsibilities of the internal security inspector in RP?:
Inspectors are in charge of the creation of operations and roleplay that they can make as to keep the will for people to want to play ISD alive, secondly they are to train new agents/operatives for the role of ISD and to aid any Investigators and Agent with their questions about their duties they perform within the Department. Assigning personnel to specific tasks like checkpoints, investigations and arrests. Handling departmental relations, you are also seen as a role model for the lower ranked members of what they can achieve to be to be an exemplary member of course you uphold the FLC and perform all CL4 duties like turning on tesla gates, opening or closing blast doors and the lights for zones.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I believe I would be a good Inspector for the department due to my extensive CL4 experience that has mostly been focused around departments who were in need of help as they may have been struggling that is what I did while I was with GSD and DEA as Clearance 4 roles is to help revive the department back to it's full potential is I did exceptionally well at in my original tenure as Captain. Then while I was a Special Agent and Department Manager I provided a lot of roleplay for the department and aiding my subordinates in how to progress through the department to then do the same as I was in providing and fun and enjoyable experience.
I could provide wonderful mentoring the new Agents like I have done for Alpha-1 I have provided many mentoring sessions to ensure my mentee was able to cope without my help when they received NCO so of course I will be able to do the same for ISD so we have some very intelligent agents and investigators.
I certainly believe my approach to being an ISD will be very healthy for the department as of course at times some of the agents and investigators like to be very arrest heavy on minor offences even not giving a verbal warning for lets say accidental drinking an SCP sample but just being very aggressive at times for no reason, just to show they have the "power" which is sad to see but happens of course.

Backstory: Rose was a simple Chef on the surface for a small city and brought the attention of the DEA with their culinary skills in making Pizza so they offered Rose a job as a Foundation Chef in which they accepted such offer, from there Rose went on to a security career in which resulted in Rose's quick promotions from Cadet to Officer in less than a week showing their dedication and efforts were not going un-checked ad proving they were one of the better candidates to move up in the leadership for the security staff, while being noticed and asked by the current Captains at the time to attend a Sergeant training to being their leadership career within the security staff. Rose served the General Security Department without fail for three months, she had to take a leave from the Foundation for family issues that she had to go and resolve so she took a long extended leave of absence with the agreement of losing her CL4 clearance and knowledge via amnestication.
Rose returned to the site at the end of May 2026, and begun her service again as a Security Containment Unit where as the name suggests would respond to active emergencies and assisted in areas when asked, within a week of her Service she had received a promotion to Security Senior Containment Unit by Site Inspector Five due to her answers to the questions asked by the Site Inspector, a day after the Senior Containment Unit Rose was given an interview by a Captain Tyrant for the role of Sergeant which she had passed, Rose now continues her service as the rank of Sergeant pending review for her reinstatement as Security Captain. Rose was reinstated at the rank of Captain and served well for three more weeks until her resignation.
Rose saw that her once great department was no longer in her aid and no more to her taste due to her always wanting to uphold the legal codex of the Foundation she chose to join the Internal Security Department at the role of Operative, from there her exceptional work as an Operative was noticed by a couple Inspectors so she was given the opportunity of being an Investigator which she happily accepted, has shown to be a great help to those who ask for her within the department no matter how small she always is there to help if need be. Rose now wishes to further her career to back into a Clearance 4 position where she can excel for the department as she did for general security department. She awaits a response from the Internal Security Management team on her interest.
