Rufus Harrington Abbot is the third. He was a man of extreme wealth, land, and intelligence (Not to mention size). In the early years of his life, he worked as a ranch hand for his grandfather, Rufus Harrington Abbot the second. Through sheer determination, a hunger for food, and the feeling of an honest day's work, he managed to become the sole inheritor of his father's land. Many years passed, many workers came and went, and Harrington amassed a vast amount of wealth in both literacy and cash. It was only about fifteen years before the foundation that Harrington had interacted with anomalous beings—rats that could shift their form to steal food more effectively. A man knocked on his door asking about said rats; being the kind-hearted man he is, he agreed to give that number a call if and when he sees them. Months later, he began to consider tipping off that number if he had gathered evidence of anything anomalous. Suddenly, one day, the truth about that number revealed itself to him. Seeing him as a valuable asset and concerned citizen, they offered him a chance to advance in the world. He was offered more money to work at a foundation-operated office that recorded the information and sent it to the "cleanup crew". Taking that offer, he would spend the next ten years at the office working his ass off to show them how good of a worker he was. During those ten yexcellent, he didn't engage in much physical activity, which resulted in a noticeable increase in weight. The month just gone he was regional manager for one of these offices, having enough clearance to elevate to the highest position he would be comfortable at. Having taken the opportunity He went for the interview and tried his best not to disappoint. At the beginning of this month, he received the acceptance letter; all that was left to do was leave his eldest son in charge of the ranch and enjoy his near-retirement years working for the top dogs of the foundation.
