Yes this is my first on civil networks, but I did some on other communities.
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
1 MRDM 2 week ban but that was on my first week on playing here and wasn't familiar with the rules, 1 FailRP warning (cant remember the reason why), 1 RDM warning (was accidental crossfire but i didn't have any clip for proof), all of those were given to me months ago, and 1 recent toxicity warning and i truly regret each warning/ban

Yes but it was very long ago for a short time on a darkrp server
Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?:
I've played on a darkrp server before for a long time but this is my first serious roleplay experience
How many hours can you be on everyday?:
2-5 hours everyday and can get on either at mornings, in the middle of the day, at evenings or midnights
Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?:
I want to become staff to mainly stop players from breaking rules when no staff is online which I see a lot in my sessions in either midnight or very early, which results to the RP experience getting annoying because of them and no one can do anything about it due to lack of staff, and I would love for everyone to have the best experience in this server as it is truly the best, and my playtime may be a downside to my app, but I can assure you it won't matter if I become staff, as I have read all the rules and fully understood them (including the staff handbook) to avoid making any mistakes like the ones i made before.
What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?:
I think I would be a valuable asset to the server due to it being my main RP server and I play no where else, and I can assure you that I will prioritize tickets over RP, and I'm also very active on the server and play at times when staff are either in small amounts or not even online, which could help keep the server moderated even at those times.
