Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
The reason for my application is i have always focused on a more combative type of role whether it was MTF/ISD or Gensec Captain. Granted with ISD and Captain you do have responsibilities that you must carry out on a daily basis but its not too in-depth. Now with site advisor it is a completely different approach on how things operate and it will help me craft new skills and learn a lot on how to become a better leader
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
Commitment, I always have shown a great deal of commitment to any role that I have obtained, I know how most things work due to my previous rank within A-1 and how strict they are and that I never received a disciplinary action and more than not completed the tasks that were assigned to me. Along with this as a GSD captain you could say that i have been on the "front lines". I will openly admit that my documentation skills are not the best, however my jobs has not always required me to write very detailed documents apart from when in the A-1 Subdivision which I wont disclose but with time i will have learned to provide professional and suitable documentation.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
The S/A main responsibilities is to ensure all departments are running smoothly, By this i mean dealing with the day to day issues that may occur and working with other departments to make sure they are an effective department and being able to do their role to the best of their ability. Ensuring that documentation is up to date and with reading it you know exactly is going on within the department, Alongside this they are to provide support to any departments that may not be fulfilling their duties, They must make sure that all departments are following the Legal codex and ensuring that it is a fair. Giving any punishments as when appropriate and assessing all the codes that may be alerted and dealing with them appropriately
