Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: (Edit) Yes, i have recieved one warning for stabbing a fellow D class. I had presumed it could start a riot or lockdown which could lead to a guard coming in, me taking a weapon and continuing. The admin saw it as RDM.

What makes you suitable for SCP-096?: I really enjoy playing as 096 in Secret Lab and i think i would be a good fit for the server.

What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?: When not in their "Rage state" SCP-096 must face a wall or a corner of a room to cry and cover their face to prevent anyone from seeing it.

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?: SCP-096 Can go wherever they choose, as long as it leads them to a target (target being someone that has looked at either SCP-096 or a picture of SCP-096. However, If SCP-096 has been left alone for 60 seconds, they can roam the facility freely but they cannot roam into D-Block to gain more kills as that would be considered kill-farming.

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process: Once all pictures of SCP-096 have been destroyed without anyone looking at them and SCP-096 is in their Containment Chamber, then SCP-096 has been contained. If however, SCP-096's face HAS been seen by personnel, then MTF should "bucket" SCP-096 (that is when they place a bucket on SCP-096's head to prevent anyone from seeing their face) and then wait for SCP-096 to kill anyone who has seen SCP-096's face. Once everyone who has seen SCP-096's facew has been eliminated by SCP-096, then SCP-096 can be recontained by an MTF squad with a containment beam and some cuffs, which are then used to transport SCP-096 back to their containment chamber. However, another way that SCP-096 can be terminated, is by simply shooting them until their "health" drops to 0, firing a containment beam at them and then cuffing them.
