i am more than suitable to this role due to having major experience as a player and staff member of the community.
What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?:
Usually 096 would be crying in the corner in his place , however if someone looks at his face thats when he chases after the person
When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?:
096 can only chase after the targets that have either looked at his face or saw his picture , he cannot go to d-block if no one over there saw his picture or face.
How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
wait until 096 is passive again , place bucket on his head while having protective gear on you (scramble) , beam him and then cuff him , after successfully doing all those steps return him to his chamber.
