Why are you applying for Security Captain?

i got recommended as a GSD Captain as i am active alot as a RRT SGT and i really love Gensec job and i want to make sure that it's really in order and not a regiment to make fun of, gensec has been going down hill the last 2 weeks in my opinion and i want to make things better ... i see stuff as a SGT and i can't do anything about it as i am not a high rank enough
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
- a lot of playtime as gensec and have a lot of experience in the security department, and i got a lot of recommendations to be a CPT
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:

keep d block in check and d class..
assign gensec their positions in d block and make sure they stay at those positions.
give RRT their positions .. if for code 1 they go help with that, or ask E-11 if they need help for code 5, ETC.
lead sweeps if needed.
also if i can help some SGTs better themselves for if they want to be going for CPT and be a mentor for them.
also do tryouts for RRT and Heavy weapons licence
Please give some lore about your Security Captain character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Captain "Green Snake", a battle-hardened leader from the 17th Armored Regiment with the CPT rank, joined the Foundation as part of Gensec at Site 65. His tactical brilliance, unwavering dedication and his expertise in heavy weapons gave him an advantage and made him a respected figure. Facing anomalies (code 5) and Chaos Insurgency threats (code 1), Captain Green Snake led GENSEC with precision and made sure everyone knows their job, swiftly neutralizing threats and ensuring the safety of Site 65.
one day Captain 'Green Snake' was tasked with escorting the chief of security Maksim "Enigma" from Lower LCZ back to his office at PW. as they went near 914 he heard sounds coming from there and rushed to respond. as they got close they heard intruders getting in SCP 914 trying to use it to disguise themselves as foundation personnel and use it to their own gain. CPT Snake told Chief Maksim to stay behind as he is a very high target that the Chaos insurgency want. a lot of CI intruders inside 914. CPT Green snake with his experience with explosives in the 17th armored regiment as he was an experienced anti tank. he pulled out his trusty grenade and thru it in the room before 914. ... the room is filled with blood ... he called for RRT units to show up and help him clear out 914 of the scummy intruders.
as they entered he saw Chief of security Maksim in the room of 914. he was confused as he ordered him to stay back. ... *gun shot* ... CoS Maksim's head exploded with Snake's 5.56 bullet. he was a 914 user .. a CI disgused as the CoS.
with that CoS is safe and the code 1 is concluded after a patrol around the site.
with CPT Snake's expertise. the CoS is now safe.
