Why are you applying for Security Captain?
- When i first joined the server i always wanted to be a guard, once i reached Cadet i only played it as i loved being part of the security team but the further i got up the command chain the more i realised that the Captains were not really active besides for 1-2 Captains i saw rarely, granted this was before GENSEC got so many new Captains so by the time i was a Sergeant and joined Nu-7 i didn't get to notice the change in activity regarding the new Captains but whenever i ran by as an MTF i was happy to see that GENSEC finally got the people they desperately needed. After now being a MTF for a while i want to go back to my original plan and try to become a GENSEC Captain and also help out the new people especially since i gained a lot of experience during my time in Nu-7. I want to help out more in the lower ranks, and also try to make GENSEC more respected by other regiments.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
As i have spend almost every minute of my time, before joining Nu-7, as a GENSEC Sergeant i know quiet well how D-Block operates and how a regular day, and the problems that come with it, look like. I know how to deal with Cadets who minge and break rules or with Researchers who try to do test even though there is a Code 2. Whenever i don't play RRT i try to keep D-Block organized and make sure that Watchtower/Airlock/Research and medical line are maintained and also that the guards get switched out so that they don't get bored and just start wondering around in the facility. I know how to organize RRT and set up patrols around LCZ/HCZ.
I also know how to write documents and also like doing so.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
- Assigning Sergeants/Officers and Cadets to Airlock/Medical;Research-Line/Watchtowers
- Making sure that the CoC and CoE is applied in D-block
- Making sure that if a GENSEC is unethical that they get properly punished
- Making sure that D-Class get their right to speak to IA incase they want to report unethical behavior of the GENSEC
- Hosting RRT/Heavy Weapon license Tryouts
- If needed report to SD/SA about D-block or GENSEC in general
- Assign patrols and also manage the RRT Unit
- Write Documents about the GENSEC Department (E.g. Improvement, Current Status, Trainings etc.)
Please give some lore about your Security Captain character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Hans was born in germany on the 02/05/████ near Osnabrück, his father was in the west german army during the cold war, resulting in Hans getting interested in the Military and dreaming of one day serving his country like his father did. Once Hans turned 18 he immediately enlisted and was stationed near Magdeburg as a pioneer, during his serving time he proved to be very capable of leading whenever he could and also coming up with good ideas which were often liked by his superiors. After being recommended by his superiors to the foundation for his excellent work he joined the General Security Department as an Officer, but he wanted to help more in the management area of the Security which lead to him joining a course for potential new Sergeants, after about 3 Months of hard training he passed and became officially a Sergeant in the foundations Security Department.
