FailRP - Lack of rule knowledge.
Mic Spam - Got a verbal warning and so I stopped doing it, I accidentally hit my PTA and played music again for 4 seconds, Staff were watching and pulled me into a sit room 20 seconds after that. I did explain that it was accidental.)
Mixing - Shadow rule at the time of punishment. Has now been written on the rules page.
3 Day Ban - Severe Toxicity. Many know about this and I wouldn't want to get into it but it was on fair grounds, I made a toxic comment on someone's profile.
Metagaming - Misinformed rule by former security captain about heavy weaponry, ended up KoSing a disguised D-Class due to it

Why are you applying for Security Captain?

Multiple reasons.
1.) I Require further experience in leadership with less room for error and being granted position such as this will allow me to do so.
2.) I Want to be a Security Captain as I am currently not enlisted in any MTF Regiments and spend most of my time on Gensec.
3.) I'm being watched by many important people and must learn how to better conduct myself due to this, (For the sake of R-3)
4.) I'm familiar with Gensec which will allow me to mainly focus on learning the responsibilities of CL4 Personnel.

What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:

I enjoy leadership, help a lot of new recruits and try my best to remember all of the Ethics and Conduct. I've lead a lot of shakedowns where minimal casualties occur. I have a lot of experience in Gensec. (Personally, I do not believe I am suitable for this role for certain reasons but people seem adamant for me to become a captain, So i'll give it a go.)

What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:

Main responsibilities include:
Performing training and lectures for the gensec department on Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct.
Performing RRT and Heavy weapon license tryouts.
Authorising sweeps(shakedowns).
Overseeing D-block and ensuring everything is going smoothly.
Possibly do paperwork in tandem with the Chief.

Shino Aeschlyion... Started as a cadet, and became an officer, he became fixated with combat as he honed his skills and thus enlisted into the Nu-7 reaching the rank of Lance corporal... Until tragedy stroke, He was shunned, removed and devastated. He pondered for a while on what he should do, after which he decided to continue to do what he used to enjoy, Security, Reaching the rank of RRT Sergeant, he gained the appeal of the Site administration and got enlisted into a Security Task Force never heard before... R-3, Now putting his all into security, He wants to elevate himself further.
