I have had a few warnings but there very minimal, i have had no bans or kicks. Its very hard to remember why i got them since well my latest warning is several months away so prob due to an honest misstake i did. i have no active warnings

Why are you applying for the Chief of Security?
Oh yes the famus question on why im applying, well im applying beacuse i see a oppertunity to become something more within GSD and to be able to do more for the departement.
GSD Captain only allowed for miminal things you could do to improve on the department, however with Chief of Security i can do more for the department on a wider basis. I have waited for an oppertunity for this job to be open to apply for.

What makes you suitable for Chief of Security?:
Well I have a lot of experience with the department of security, its my most played department since i started playing Civilnetworks,I slowly grew in the deparment and gained my licenses for Heavy weapons and SCU.
Then i applied for captain and was captain for a while and did the tryouts for the licenses i also wrote some documents for the deparment that was being used. Why im telling my story is beacuse by having previous expeirence with being a captain i know how certain things work like the documentation and how the tryouts for the licenses should be done.
I beelive my past experience as a captain and my overall playtime can benefit this department, I do also have certain abilities such as stress tolerance good teamwork with others and that i want to help everyone either there new or old to know rules and protocols and so they can be able to enjoy playing GSD,beelive its thís that i can offer this department and as a chief.

What are the responsibilities of the Chief of Security in RP?:
The chief has several responsibilites ill list a few bellow
. Manage and Control of D block
. Documentation and managment of GSD captains/applications and interviews)
. Weekly meetings
. Hosting trainings such as cross trainings with other departments
. Enforce new rules or protocols to improve the department

Please give some lore about your Chief of Security character and what storylines they would be involved in:
My name is Simon i Started of as a Basic guard in Site 65 at first it was well odd compared to my old workplaces outside of security duties, it was well intresting to see the other perspectives. However there was a side that was well nothing like the other workplaces, D class Subjects there were harder to Control and keep in line then i first thought when i joined the guard position.
I lost freinds that were guards to riots and uprising of d class it was hard but eventually i learned a technique to keep them in line. Eventually the riots calmed down and my workaround had worked to finally keep them in line, my superiours saw this accehivement and thefore i was promoted to Officer and now i lead the guards to the best of my ability.
I managed to do sweeps correctly and ensure the security of d block more effiecently now when i had more tools.
However d class subjects did not like this change and decided that one day they had enough and used corrupt guards to escape there confinment, that day i learned the responsebilites of a leader and loses were suffuered but at the end of the day I managed to keep it from a disaster.
My superiours were pleased with my leadership and thefore i got promoted to captain, they also said if you keep up the good work one day u eventually might reach the chief position.
