One metagaming (3 weeks old) I used nameplate information to help identify someone, I was not aware at the time it could not be used.

Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
The position of Site Advisor was recommended to me by some of the senior personnel on site who recognised my ambition to remanage the way that some departments and regiments operate within Site-65. It is my intention to inspect and analyse the departments that I get assigned to and identify areas of both quality and deficit, promoting the qualitative activities while remastering the defective activities.

I expect that this could be achieved through individual interviews of my administered department's staff and using their in-house experience with my own to identify areas of weakness and organise a training regime that develops them. The end-game of this goal is to have a department with all of its roles filled with an appropraite number of competent and cooperative individuals, where access to promotion is closely assessed by senior department members and given to deserving candidates.

It is also my intention to (if required) remaster the document archives that my administered department holds in order for information to be easily accessed and distributed both internally and externally of the department. To accomplish this I would draft a series of templates for the department's documents and draft all of their currently existing documentation into the templates format through a combination of delegation and my own interaction. I would ensure that these templates are then used for all future documentation so that the department has a consistent and easily legible format to its literature. On completion I would then create three external archives, organised CL2, CL3 and CL4+ and provide these to department members accordingly.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
During my time served as junior CL4 in General Security I believe I have demonstrated an ample ability to learn from the more experienced members and refine my attitudes and behaviours into a more polished ability to handle command and wield authority. This is most evident in my handling of Gensec's CL1 and CL2 non-whitelist personnel who can be notoriously disobedient, earning their trust by setting a respectable example of leadership. I am proud to say that when I am in attendance of D-Block I am able to garner control of it and organise its personnel, I rarely have to invoke Internal Affairs to deal with insubordinate or belligerent staff and often credit my subordinates for keep vigil at the airlocks. It is my personnel belief that positive reinforcement is always more of an asset to a leadership method than punishment.

I have also made an effort to create RP relevant Gensec documentation (Amnestics Shortage , Amnestics Overdoses) and distribute these amongst the Site's senior staff, as I personally believe that there is an opportunity for Gensec's RP footprint to be much larger but it gets under-explored. If I were to join site administration I would have a greater wealth of RP situations to write about, such as interrogations, incidents, research, reviews, appraisals and critiques - and I would use this as a tool to create more RP scenarios around the site that will give the Site Administration department more non-routine things to investigate.

Over the course of my time in Gensec I became conscientious that the training we were delivering to our CL2 personnel was targetted at studying the CoE rather than equipping Gensec staff with the information to perform their duties. This inspired me to remaster the training regime that is delivered to Riot Response Teams and began with drafting a new RRT Handbook. I also made ammendments to the training narrative that Captains use to assess RRT candidates and redrafted the Questionnaire to test the actions that they would theoretically take when placed in routine RRT situations. My ability to retarget training and develop a training regime demonstrates my ability to assess a department for training shortfalls and improve them. As a side-note to my external documents; I also drafted a Chemical Index for use in the Medical Department as I found the on-site material had not been translated yet.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Site administration operates as a quality assurance check against all of the other departments by assessing them for competencies and incompetencies and organising a management response if any defects are found. This can typically include departmental reviews that can oblige a department to implement changes to its running routine as well as targetted reviews of underperforming individuals or practices that need to be micromanaged towards improvement. Ultimately if an individual or practice is found to be unimproving then a report is to be escalated to Site Command to evaluate their position in their department.

Site Administration is also encouraged to stay in-touch with the departments that they are overseeing through routine 'walk abouts' in which an SA member enters the department's facilities and inspects them and their personnel.

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
During the great D-Class uprising of August 2022, intruders deep-raided Site-65 and armed almost all D-Class personnel with multiple Matador Rocket Launchers, Heavy Machine Guns and Energy Powered Rifles. Jeffrey Shekelstein was just a regular officer assigned to General Security at the time and answered the Code-2. Following an hour long battle to regain D-Block Jeffrey Shekelstein was critically wounded, suffering serious facial injuries and dismemberment. After days of intensive care and surgical procedures, Jeffrey awoke as a cybernetically enhanced human being with no prior memories.

Due to the loss of his past life through amnesia Shekelstein devoted himself to the only thing he knew - the Foundation that had saved his life when they could have discarded him. He made a persistent and loyal effort to improve what he called the Foundation's "Research Triangle" of Researchers > General Security > D-Class and this saw him to quickly rise to the rank of Captain. He now seeks to offer more of his time and dedication to the foundation by joining its Administration team.

-Being a member of SA would preculde him from MTF positions, and i personally believe he would be best suited for such a path.
