1 FailRP Warning - as I acted as a combative as a non-combative

Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I genuinely enjoy interacting with people, and during my time as an ECA I have made a continuous effort to interact with the different departments, attempting to assist wherever possible. I did feel limited sometimes as to what I could contribute as an assistant but this really pushed me forward to attempt to go for this position where I can give direct support and give immediate attention to situations that require it.

I recognise that I may not have the experience people expect for this position, with my only CL4 experience being an assistant but I've never had the interest to stay in a singular department as I feel like it limits me. I'm wanting to push myself to improve, learn quickly and make up for the lack of experience through my dedication to help people out.

This position will also helps towards my long-term goal of becoming ECM, this isn't to say I'm in a rush to get that position but I'm always looking to work towards it.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
1. I have a lot of the site policies and handbook related information memorised but if I don't know something from the top of my head, I can easily find where that information would be (if accessible to me).

2. I believe I'm quite easy to talk to and reach, unless I'm busy I always try to respond to anybody calling for EC and try my best to resolve the situations that pop up.

3. I'm able to handle disputes between individuals, looking at the relevant evidence and be unbiased when it comes to decision that comes out at the end.

4. I've been able to produce some documents, which I believe would be considered Good/Excellent quality. I don't really focus on making documents in-game but it is something I'm able to do.

5. I have experience dealing with Google Word/Sheets etc. from simply using it over many years.

6. Due to my work, I tend to be online at strange times when usually none of the Site Administration are on. This isn't to say they are inactive but I do tend to play quite early on or sometimes quite late, this does mean I'm usually not there during peak times but could be useful in having 1 member of Site Administration on for most of the day.

I will mention that compared to others I may not have had enough leadership experience, in some cases I would lead during breaches or give GSD basic orders when no SGT+ were on but beside from this I can't really say I have that qualification.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
While be splitting this into different sections:
1. Active Codes

A. Managing personnel, directing the necessary and appropriate manpower to the threat that was reported. Sending Nu-7 and DEA to deal with CI threat, but also checking if backup is needed from other combative personnel.
B. Authorisation of AA, it is at the discretion of Site Admin but also E-11 CPT+ (I believe) to decide the appropriate amount of AA to deal with the threat accordingly, and adjust it if need be.
C. Actively communicating and keeping track of the code status in-case there is a need to evacuate.
D. At a safe time, engage Code Black if its necessary. This will only need to be done in-cases where the site is overwhelmed by the SCPs and the whole site becoming a warfare. This should not be engaged if SCP's or any threats lie in the way to the surface. Site Admin are also able to authorise foundation personnel to leave site, with this being commonly used if Garage is no longer safe. (Usually they would head to GOC but with the current relations idk if they would let us in)
E. Activating Tesla, FSL and calling for ERT. This will be done at the discretion of the Site Admin most of the time.

2. Day to day duties

A. Being available to personnel if they wish to bring a complaint forward, ask any questions etc.
B. Look through departmental performance, seeing how GSD operate in D-Block, if E-11 are leaving any BD closed but unmanned and bring up any concerns to the highest rank available from that department to resolve it. Usually a note of some kind should be done, to keep an eye out on repetitive names and their repetitive behaviour.
C. Supervise anything related to GOI relations, by keeping an eye out on comms. (This will be done with DEA)
D. Keeping track of any trainings, and closing off areas for trainings if need be.
E. Authorising Tests based on own judgement.

3. Reviewing Departments

A. Looking over Executive Researchers, MTF Officers etc. and keeping track of their general record to keep in-mind for any possible promotions if they were to look for one through an application or natural process.
B. Investigating any repetitive complaints or praise regarding a department to be aware of their performance long-term and any individuals that may be the cause for it.
C. Investigate any result of failure from a department, failure will usually be shown over a long period of time and one off instances shouldn't be seen as a full failure of the department.

4. Miscellaneous

A. Looking into Site Wide Policies and making any adjustment alongside Site Administration but also Foundation Command.

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:

- Born in the UK, Tom Specter was fully raised there and decided to study abroad by moving to USA. The subject he chose was History, always being invested in the actions of the past and applying the concerns raised before to his own actions.

- With his knowledge, he would apply to join the military through the Intelligence Corps. This was made possible through his master's degree in History, and it was here that he received most of his training regarding intelligence gathering and planning with that information.

- He would join the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command, getting more resources to work with and actually work with Commanders and other partners in the Intelligence Community. SCP Foundation would begin keeping an eye on him, due to reports regarding success in missions and seeing a name pop up on reports over and over again.

- After seeing the man in action themselves, the SCP Foundation would begin the recruitment process. Slowly explaining the anomalies and how they wanted to utilise his tactical prowess in assisting them. As a test, Tom Specter was given access to specific SCP Documents, learning every small detail about them and then was shown footage from an ERT unit. He would be asked on what decisions he would make based on his knowledge, and that would be compared to the action shown. Most of the time, he would agree with the footage, but there were times when either he was unable to answer or disagreed with the action. This wouldn't be seen as a fail, but opened a door to having a potential operative lead members of ERT into sites and have them get advised by others.

- Over time, Tom would show his value by statistically improving the efficiency of ERT - the difference may not be considered massive, but an improvement is still great in the eyes of the foundation. This resulted in him being recognised and offered a position as a Site Advisor on one of the more dangerous sites the SCP Foundation has.

- The character would know the value of teamwork and its importance, so I believe this character will be involved in improving relations. Aside from this, the character will appear to be mostly friendly in day to day situations, but may appear cold and calculated when dealing with codes, and also when dealing with departmental issues causing in harsh action.

Note: If there are any issues, please do let me know - I did double check everything before posting but it's lowkey late. (Another edit, just changed the name from Shifu to Specter in lore to avoid confusion)

If I may ask, what were your most recent RP scenarios whilst Assistant?
I interacted with two anomalies, on the same day pretty much around the same time. (I believe it was on the 4th)
1. Tall flesh creature that would jumpscare people and kidnap them, I was pretty involved with it as I was informing personnel about said anomaly and instructed certain precautions that should be taken with it. Will mention at some point it was hard to track this anomaly, and I got busy dealing with the grim reaper but I hope the information I passed on was useful to others.

2. Grim Reaper that took Commissioner Dimitris life, I was involved from the ethics side of things and was investigating the anomaly who offered to revive the Commissioner for D-Classes life. I will mention that I had to leave near the end, so I didn't see it finish but was involved in the original vote and discussion but also was the first ethics member to get involved with it (I think)

Outside of anomalous occurrences, I have dealt with an incident where an SA approved a hanging of an E-11 which has been reported to the Site Director. All involved parties were spoken to, and E-11 was directed for a psych eval.
