Why are you applying for Site Advisor?:
I am wishing to advance my career within the Foundation beyond my current scope, while also expanding my experience across a wider range of opportunities and responsibilities. I am motivated by a desire to contribute in a more substantive and directive role, rather than functioning solely as a cog within the Foundation’s machine. A position like Site Advisor could allow me to fulfill this goal by taking on heightened responsibility and actively supporting site operations, administrative overwatch, and long-term goals, in other words, i wish to achieve long term goals.
In any circumstances where administrative positions are present, I consistently aim to work toward such roles as both professional growth and personal achievement. This application is not submitted for the sake of advancement alone yet, it reflects my genuine interest in the responsibilities and expectations associated with administrative positions, as well as my willingness to uphold and support the Foundation, I am currently enjoying my character being an ethics assistant but the role wasn't all i thought it was to fulfill this goal!
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I am confident coordinating between departments, addressing any errors that may arise, as well as ensuring the enforcement of certain policies, I prioritise getting things done in a fun and interactive way rather than a macho / ultra serious manner, my judgement is not biased but based on the facts given to me, maintaining order and aiding the foundation in any way is my main priority, I can communicate with my fellow site administrators, and be serious in times of need, though sometimes out of serious discussions i can get more laid back unfortunately, though i am prepared to take any responsibility for my mishaps and do my best to fix the mistakes i may cause or that are handed down to me.
Alongside this, i am confident in my abilities to order and aid anyone that comes to me, whether that be an ethics assistant or a cadet.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Assisting the Site Director in maintaining operational security within the site by ordering site personnel is the main priority, alongside this, being a Senior CL4 body means contacting and co ordinating operations or strikes on/with GOIs like the UNGOC and Chaos Insurgency.
An Advisor is to be contacted by Commanders and Directors in moments of need, and if needed forwarded to higher bodies, though maintaining site security is the main objective, as well as going forward with contract terminations.
Advisors are to review the operational security and performance of departments and task forces with the exception of AO, Advisors may induct Departmental Leaders and Task force commanders into their new position, again with the exception of Alpha-Omega.
Alongside this Advisors are to authorise AA and engage Teslas during code 5s or similar situation, lockdowns and Emergency Response Team deployments is a core responsibility.

Background Information:
Samuel was born in the late 70s to Michael Blackwell and Meredith Blackwell in rural Kentucky, Samuel was born to a loving and caring family and attended Bardstown Elementary until he reached the age of 11.
During his time in Bardstown High his family was killed in an anomalous incident played as a murder, Samuel would only learn this after joining the foundation.
By 17 Samuel found himself in California, enlisting in the Marine Corps during his time there, Samuel was later deployed with the Implementation force in 1996 to Bosnia and Herzegovina under the codename Operation: Joint Endeavour.
By 2012 Samuel was a Major commanding a battalion, in Afghanistan, Samuel had lost his right arm in this battle, yet refused medical discharge, later serving more as a pencil pusher, but earning the respect of many.
By 2022 Samuel was a Brigadier General in the USMC and retired, left in his Canada home, which just so happened to be in Pinewood, 2 Operatives from the SCP foundation came knocking on his door giving him a job opportunity, with that, he couldn't resist! He now serves less combative roles but feels content in the internal security department.
