Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
Yes, I have been banned once for Prop Cramming. I intended for the props placed in front of doors to hinder the movement of incoming Chaos Insurgents, but I was informed that it was causing severe server lag, which I did not know. I have been warned twice for Micspam, once for FearRP, and twice for FailRP. Except for FearRP, I received these warnings because I was not playing seriously as a Tech Expert. These warnings are entirely my fault. Overall, this would be 1 ban and 5 warnings.

Why are you applying for Security Captain?
I am applying for Security Captain because I believe I would be a good fit to be accepted into such position. I would like to be able to do more around the site whilst having the capability of training the rest of GenSec. I also spend a lot of time on the server and can be quite active, and I think that becoming Captain would be both a great opportunity and use of the time I have. I've been encouraged to become a Captain and I would like to show those who encouraged me the possibility of this actually happening.

What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
I'm liked by most of the staff, and I have been told that I have decent leadership skills. I'm very capable of performing my current duties seriously as a Security Sergeant and I have performed a couple sweeps in the past. I try to think smart as I figure out the best way of dealing with a threat. I feel like I am suitable as I do my best to help people in GenSec, whether it's providing a Cadet or Guard with armor, or providing support.

What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
A Security Captains main directive is to ensure the safety of D Block and Light Containment. Their duties are the same as Sergeant, they include stuff like: having to setup firing lines during Code 5, performing sweeps, allocating GenSec personnel to POIs, hosting tryouts for heavy weapons and riot control licenses; as well as hosting general trainings around the facility, and ensuring that GenSec are performing their duties correctly.

Please give some lore about your Security Captain character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Smacky McTavish previously worked as a Royal Mail delivery worker in Glasgow. Smacky McTavish was previously a drunk, drinking buckfast constantly after his shifts delivering mail - and one day, he blacked out after drinking too much. Once he woke up, he found himself in a strange facility referred to as 'Site-65' and quickly adopted the job of being a Cadet within the sites security department.
Smacky McTavish quickly climbed the ranks, going from Cadet to a Guard in days, and eventually became an Officer where he stayed for a couple of months, garnering the respect of his colleagues. He would often partake in defence of the facility during incursions, would escort D-Class with work permits, and did his part in keeping D-Block safe. One day, he was given the opportunity to become a Sergeant.
He would pass the interviews and tests part of becoming a Sergeant as well as anybody else. Finally, he was given the job. Whilst nervous, he took his role seriously and would perform his very first tasks that his seniors have always done - sweeps, patrols, and enforcing the sites laws.
Smacky McTavish was given a mandatory standard psychological exam. It was short, but went well, as it showed that he was a simple, regular man, who respected other foundation staff and his higher ups.
Storylines they would be involved in:
Chaos Insurgency Incursions: Smacky McTavish heard calls for help on the radio from NU-7 in the Garage, and soon went to assist in fighting off the raid alongside MTF and other GenSec.
D-Block Sweep: GenSec was being battered by D-Class with guns and tranquiliser pistols, and there were no Captains around, so Smacky McTavish had to rally any available GenSec and put them into formation to conduct a sweep. He would direct GenSec to the cells, showers, and vents, and order the remainder to arrest D-Class personnel.
Infobreach: A Tech Expert mentioned something above their clearance around people in D-Block. Smacky McTavish would either have to inform A-1, O-1, or ISD, and arrest the Tech Expert.
