Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
I'm applying for Executive Researcher as I'd like to have the opportunity to interact with the RP side of things, I have many ideas and would like to have the platform to execute them to their fullest potential. Furthermore, I really enjoy guiding and teaching the Researchers on the different aspects of the SCPS, making documents and how to properly conduct tests. When I first joined, I felt as if I was sort of thrown in the deep end, which left me feeling apprehensive about actually testing and engaging with the RP. It was only until I was given guidance from an Executive that I actually felt confident enough to fully engage within my role as a Researcher, and I would love the opportunity to do that for someone else.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
I believe I am suited to be an Executive Researcher as, while I do mess around sometimes, on a whole I've professionally demonstrated my ability to thoroughly test and document on SCP's. Furthermore, through actually writing documents of varying quality, I believe I have the ability to accurately grade documents.
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
As of writing this application I have written (2) excellent graded documents. I believe that an excellent document should consist of a cover page, index, images, aims, hypothesis, method, findings, interviews, conclusion and a personnel list. However, while following that format puts you on the right path, it’s the content inside the document that really counts. It must have substance, meaning that it’s well written from the first page to the last.

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Executive Maxo was born in a little village just outside of Manchester, infamous for its long abandoned coal mines. He was an average student, achieving mediocre grades and coasting along in life until a chance encounter with the Foundation. He had noticed an instance of SCP-6728 and had been visited by Foundation agents; however, instead of administering amnestics, they accidentally injected him with a placebo. Ever since this encounter, Maxo dedicated himself to finding the source of these mysterious agents. He graduated from the University of [REDACTED] with a First and dedicated himself to studying the anomalous. The Foundation, having identified Maxo as a person of great potential through his research, made contact with him during one of his routine expeditions and offered him a job on the spot.
